About this apartment rental

One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Two With Comfort. This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.

My wife and I recently purchased this unit from the previous 5 Star owner Dave K. We will continue to provide exceptional service and do everything we can to make your vacation wonderful!

The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1
Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and
you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.

If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.

All kitchen appliances are new, granite counter top is new. Bathroom has
new tile floor, new enclosed glass shower with new tile wall and floor, and new sink. The walls
and ceiling are new pine through out the whole cottage. Crate and Barrel queen bed and
mattress. Flat screen TV's are new. This Beach Cottage is basically brand new but the nautical
decor and design has a beachy laid back feeling to it.

This is not a condo.

..it is a Beach Cottage….

You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

Property was quaint but accommodating. We had everything we needed and a few extras. Everything was clean and functional, minus one of the foldable beach chairs (should be replaced), but again those were a bonus. Very walkable to local dining and shops.

This was our first time to siesta key and this set the bar high! It felt like a home away from home. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walking distance to everything in the village. The beach is 2 minute walk from the property. We used the wagon, chairs and cooler to bring stuff to the beach (chairs are a bit worn but they do the job!). The owner Jeff was very kind and easy going, good communication leading up to our stay. The beach was beautiful and clean - the water pristine. We will be back!!

I can't say enough how much we loved staying here. The bungalow was just perfect for the both of us. Management was always available for any questions with super quick response. You are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach which is right across the street don't even need to take a car. Loved the totally fenced in patio for a little extra privacy if you wanted to sit out at night and watch the stars or have coffee in the morning. Perfect location to shops and dining. We will be booking another trip very very soon there!

The place was perfect for just myself and my partner. It was as advertised, and fit all our needs. It was very clean and felt so refreshing every time we stepped inside. It had all the amenities we could need (and more). The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that the laundry facilities are not in unit, but on the property… which was fine. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We absolutely fell in love with this cute cottage. We loved the location since it was close to the beach and walking distance to the village! Our “private” area was a blessing. My daughter also fell in love with your couch - if she could have brought it home she would. It just met all our needs of the much needed R & R.

My husband and have stayed in several different cottages in the Siesta Key area over the past few years and none even come close to the cuteness and cleanliness of #14. So many thoughtful touches and so well appointed. Immaculately clean and great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again and hope we do!

Cottage was perfect for my girlfriend and I. AC kept it cool when it was 80% humidity. Close walk to the beach and even had some beach chairs to use! Nothing bad to say about the property. I would come back!

The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. The space is more than enough for 2 people. The village, bars, restaurants, and the beach are all very walkable. It was a perfect match for a 4 day get away.

My mother and I decided to visit Siesta and have some fun. This little place was amazing and so comfy. we loved every part of it and it was clean, and very well kept. literally walking distance from the beach and the little strip of shops and restaurants. they have bikes and chairs if needed but we didn’t use them, but still a very nice gesture. if we come back we will deffinitley be staying here again!

Had a wonderful stay in this cottage! Beautifully decorated and updated to the tee! Bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied…kitchen accessories, bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. AC worked like a charm on very hot Florida days. No complaints!

We had the best time staying at this cottage by the beach. We had our first adventure in September of 2022 where my husband and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary. We loved it so much, we brought our son back with us this time. I can’t say enough about the place, the location, and the owners! Truly, awesome! We will be back again!

We LOVED our time in this beach cottage. The property is beautiful and very cozy. Has a very relaxing nautical aesthetic. Everything seems new, clean, and layout is convenient. You feel right at home staying here, it is a super comfortable property. The host is superb, Jeff and Cheryl do their absolute best. Property is very generous with what is included for your convenience while you stay, I was very impressed and did not have to leave to get something that was missing. Use the bikes!! The location itself is SOOO CONVENIENT. You are 2 minutes from Siesta, 5 minutes from the village. I would stay here again without a doubt!! Great memories, thank you so much Jeff and Cheryl!

Jeff the owner was great to work with. He was very easy to communicate with and accommodating of our needs. The cottage was really cute and a close walk to the beach. The second AC unit being installed made the stay very comfortable. The has everything you need for a week at the beach, the only small thing is the burner/stove top is not very strong so boiling water takes a long time. You’re eating out most of the time so it’s really not a big deal! We would totally stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay in Siesta Key. The location is right across from the beach access and a bike ride or short walk away from town. The place has a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and even a cooler. Everything you could need. We definitely plan on staying again! Thanks Jeff for everything!

This place is a great find in Siesta Key Village! It is clean, decorated tastefully and the attention to detail was much appreciated ( including a box of little extras you may have forgotten from home). We also enjoyed having access to beach cruisers for a quick ride. The property is a short walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops in the Village. and The owner, Jeff, was extremely quick to communicate with and provide guidance. We hope to be back soon!

My wife and I recently stayed at this property while our son was with his friends nearby. A very cute cottage located in close proximity to the beach and village. One minor issue with the AC, however it was quickly resolved and communication was excellent. I would not hesitate recommending to another couple or renting again in the future!

This cottage was the cherry on top of staying in beautiful Siesta Key! The cottage was spacious for two people, it was beautifully decorated (and I believe newly remodeled). We felt like we were truly staying at the beach so it was very relaxing! Not to mention the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, super quick walk to the restaurants, grocery store and shops. The beach was pretty close, you can walk to certain spots or take a quick bike ride. The bikes were a great add on along with the beach chairs that easily go on like a backpack. We loved the privacy of the patio and the outside shower to wash off after the beach. We also loved that there was a game of checkers we played most nights. Jeff was also one of the best hosts I’ve stayed with, he was so attentive and so quick to get back to me. He even asked how he could improve for future guests at the end which truly shows he cares. We will be going back to Siesta Key eventually and would love to stay here again! :)

We absolutely loved this darling little cottage! It was so cozy. It is newly renovated and very clean. If we had any questions, the owner responded immediately. It is right by the Siesta Key Village and also very close to the beach. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!!!

This place was just right for us. Appreciated the bikes, private patio and all of the outdoor beach amenities. Kitchen was set up well with nice dishes, glasses, cooking at home opportunities. Very easy to feel relaxed. Nicely updated and clean. Staying longer next year!

We have been to SK 4 times. This property could not be more perfect. It is so cute. Very private back patio. 5 mins to the village or the beach. No car is needed. Everything you need and then some. Bed was comfy. Host was so nice to move our reservation out a few days due to the tropical storm. I won’t ever stay anywhere else.

Cute, quiet, and close to everything… Cute cottage style place that is not only decorated nicely, it has tons of amenities like bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Quiet area which was great! Close to everything…the beach, the market, the village, and so much more! We didn’t need to rent a car either! We took an Uber to and from place and used the local free transportation in the area to sightsee. We will be back!!!
