Perfect location, modern new hotel and delicious breakfast
Not professional staff at reception, awful service... Case 1: on arrival the receptionist asked us if we need cleaning of the room for the next day, we said „yes sure“ and…then the next day our room were not cleaned at all! Housekeeping told us, that our room wasn’t in schedule. No apologize, anything from reception team. Case 2: we didn’t get receipt from the hotel. Lady at reception asked us, if we want it per email and we agreed, NO ONE sent us this. I wrote hotel again and they promised to do it, but did absolutely nothing

Très bon hôtel en ville
10.0 / 10.0
Modern and conveniently situated, within walking distance from great restaurants, attractions and shopping.
Despite that it is a pet friendly hotel they offer no area to walk the dogs. You have to walk a couple of blocks to find some grass.
The parking garage charge is on the expensive side.

Super nice place. The bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect. Very clean. Staff was great with the exception of one person.
The front desk clerk that worked Thursday night of my stay was incredibly rude. She was also rude shortly after I checked in and simply asked if there was complimentary bottled water. Her response was almost scolding of me for asking

Really helpful staff member at check in- lots of suggestions on places to visit & eat. Valet parking person helpful with (kerb side) parking advice too.
We were happy with everything.

Cambria was centrally located and had comfy beds and wonderful amenities. Great valet attendants also. We would 100% stay here again if we go back to Portland. We were able to walk to most places and loved our room

The room we were put it was spacious and very nice, the shower was amazing. Great location to walk to nearby shops or restaurants.
We weren’t told there was construction right out front of the hotel prior so our first day we had a terrible time trying to find the property to the point we almost considered cancelling our reservation and finding somewhere else last minute. Parking is $40/night which I feel like is a bit ridiculous with the cost of the hotel itself. So if you didn’t pay the $40 you had to find parking, we managed but had to worry about tow zones and then usually had to walk a few blocks to the hotel. Feel like it’s just a way to get extra money out of people.

The air conditioning was great.
There were not nearly enough servers for breakfast. I understand there is a staffing shortage -- but I waited a very long time to place my order and even longer to get the food. I went to the front desk staff in order to get some service.
The room was very very expensive. There must have been a shortage of cleaning staff as well. We left our room around noon.Despite speaking with a staff member on my floor and at the front desk, my room still had not been cleaned when we returned to our room at 5pm.

Room was clean and bright. Loved the bathroom night light around the mirror.
Shower pressure a little disappointing. Also Shower floor a bit slippery; could use a grab bar.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Thin walls between rooms, allows dogs and dogs bark and sometimes their owners play fetch late into the night with them!
Air conditioning vent was so loud it sounded like they filled a bunch of sneakers with nickels and threw them in the dryer. It came on roughly every 20 minutes.
Shower sliding door was broken. No accommodation provided for this.
Valet left my car keys inside my car unlocked for four days and when I went to retrieve the car they thought they lost my car. I had to find it myself.

No service or towels without request.

Nice location.
Staff weren’t very attentive when we asked for a bathroom clean and towels after evening three. Finally came in on the 4th day, after sending a staff with three bath towels and no washcloths the evening prior.

Nice size rooms, and pet friendly. Great location great staff.
On the fourth floor, the courtyard rooms don’t have much privacy. However, as it turns out, there are two automatic screens for the big picture windows. We didn’t know that there were two screens. We only assumed that there was one screen that darken the room. However, there is another screen that allows the light to come in. Had we known that there were two screens we might not have requested to shift rooms.

The style and size of the room was wonderful, the bedding was excellent. The set up was very stylish. The location was good too.
The shower area was basic and had no venting. The shower head was a rain style, we are not fans of that. The high parking fee was a minus also
