All the staff was great, but Augustine really made me feel like I was at home. Thank you!

The location is spectacular. It is close to many bus and metro lines and between 2 beautiful parks where I went bird watching most days.

Calling that a gym isn’t correct. It probably doesn’t mean that much to lost people but I try to lift weights each day. The staff was kind to give me access to another location with a gym, but i didn’t have time to go there.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff!

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Although we considered a little on the pricier side, it was definitely worth it because the decor of the hotel inside the rooms as well as reception looked very modern and new. The hotel also offered free ice cream to guests during the daytime, and the minibar snacks & drinks were included in the price (with daily restocks!) Every member of staff we met were incredibly polite and welcoming - they went above and beyond with their service and we are very grateful.

We had 2 large suitcases with us and struggled with the size of the room. If you travel light, it should be no issue. The hotel also requires a $100 deposit at check in but this is refunded at check out if your room has no problems.

Gutes Hotel für kurze Städte Aufenthalte

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Die Nächste Metro Station ist 5min zu fuss erreichbar.

Empfangspersonal hätte die genauen Örtlichkeiten zbsp. Pool erklären können. Nur dank Booking wussten wir das es ein Pool hatte.

無料の水（２人で６本）やお菓子が付いていて買う手間が省けた。部屋はきれいで快適。エアコンも快調。

大きな不満はないが、日本と比べるとシャワーの水圧が若干低かったように感じた。あと、無料の水１本のキャップが壊れていて破棄した。

Flawless

Great location (5 mins walk from Dhoby Ghaut interchange MRT station, bus stop is right at the corner), great staffs esp at reception. They even provide “shower room” for those who checked in early, to freshen up before work. Room size was sufficient, amenities and complimentary tea/coffee/snacks are very much appreciated. Will definitely stay here for the next trips.

Compact rooms but great location.

Great location, walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Compact room but well designed. Filtered tap water for unlimited drinking water also a plus. Complimentary mini bar & snacks, ice cream in the afternoons etc. Pool may be small but fun floats and water "bean bags" a plus. Very strong AC which was very welcomed due to the current heatwave.

Bathroom vanity had no space and the bathroom needed some hooks. Breakfast wasn't included.

Dialy free items but too pricy for such rooms

The first loft/room was dirty it looked really old I inmediatelly asked for a change of room. These loft rooms don't have windows well we had an internal window but it was hard to tell what time was and if it was raining or sunny outside. Also the wifi is not secured, we requested a private net otherwise we would had to pay coworking space. We didn't use the pool or the bar upstairs because it rains every day. The bathroom is super small

Schönes neues Hotel mit tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Singapur!

Schönes neues Hotel mit kompakten Zimmern (für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu zweit eher ungeeignet - ideal für eine Nacht bzw. Geschäftsreisende). Schöner Pool am Dach. Kostenloses Eis. Kostenlose Snacks und Getränke aus der Minibar welche täglich aufgefüllt werden. Gute Lage gegenüber der U-Bahnstation und eines Einkaufscenters mit tollem Food-Court. 7-Eleven 200m weiter. Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Fort Canning Park - schön um durch zu spazieren Richtung Marina Bay (ca. 30-40 min zu Fuß).

Lovely stay great location

Close to orchard rd ,very clean, friendly staff Fridge had cold drinks for us on arrival and every night a choice of icecream if we wished which was so welcomed and appreciated after walking around Singapore heat .

Room was a bit small maybe for some but we didn’t mind as not there all day

Very good location, extremely cleand and comfortable room, with nice price/value rate. Easy checkin and checkout. Rooms are small, but new and comfy and nice.

There was nothing to don't like. It's not luxurious, but the best for this money.

フロントの方が優しい。場所が便利。ドライヤー、アイロン、歯ブラシが標準装備。屋上にプールがあり、シャワー、タオルもある。連泊で掃除、飲み物も補充してくれる。

6階でしたが、部屋からの眺望は期待できない。向かいの部屋が丸見え。バスタブがないところくらいです。

Great Hotel with Amazing Location!

Accommodative and great location. Few minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut station which connects 3 MRT lines. We came for concert and arrived early at the hotel. The staff was very accommodative to allow us to check-in early & check-out slightly later due to our flight timing

The room a bit too cramp for the 3 of us. But then again, i assume most hotel in SG arent that spacious

Polecam, bardzo fajny kraj, zachęcam do odwiedzenia.

Hotel blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Singapuru. Polecam Universal STUDIO, Garden Bay , Marina Bay Sands. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny w hotelu, śniadania nie braliśmy.

Quiet and relax location with superb connectivity of MRT (Dhoby Ghaut).

The bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was great, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was excellent — it was not too busy or noisy, and it was located only a few subway stations away from popular tourist destinations like Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, Harbour Front, and Bugis. The nearest shopping mall was Plaza Singapore, which offered most of the necessities.

The cleanliness of the bathroom floor and wall can be improved.

Excellent location

Amazing location minutes away from the metro station, bus connections and Plaza Singapura. Everything I needed was within a 5 min walk. Staff were helpful & room very comfortable. Free soft drinks & snacks (mini bar) in the room was a great addition and meant I could relax after a long day without worrying about running up a large bill.

No proper room set aside to shower in after a long day in the heat & humidity of the city. Guests can use the shower area for the rooftop pool but there is no hairdryer so I had to board the 14hr flight home with wet hair, which was far from ideal.

Fanstastic place to stay in Singapore

The room was small but comfortable. Great location close to MRT stations as well as walking distance to some areas. The pool was wonderful for a cool down. We did not eat at the hotel so can not comment.

Modern and convenient in central city

Fairly new hotel, modern and stylish, large rooms and very nice outdoor/restaurant on the roof garden. Cafe downstairs and dhoby ghaut station right nearby to get around the city.

I didn’t see any room service available - but maybe that’s just because there’s so much great food to eat out in Singapore!

Een week verblijf in citadines Singapore

Zeer tevreden over de centrale ligging bij het centrum. Dichtbij een knooppunt van de metro , en bus. Dichtbij een groot winkelcentrum met veel eetgelegenheden. Schoone kamer die voor Singnaporese begrippen redelijk ruim is, met een mooi zwembad op het dak. En dat voor een redelijke prijs. Heel geschikt voor een bezoek aan Singapore en ons pasgeboren kleinkind.

Het ontbijt viel tegen en kan wat meer afgestemd worden op westerse touristen bv meer brood en beleg. Wij hebben in het winkelcentrum ontbeten

Loved the service of the employees Shawn at the reception was extremely helpful. He met with all my requests.hats off to him.receptionist was kind enough to provide me with an umbrella when it was raining lily cats dogs. Thank you for everything.
