The location and setting is superb, right in the heart of Ironbridge, with everywhere within walking distance. The ambience of the accommodation is also excellent, with views of the Ironbridge visible from every room. The rooms themselves are all spacious, warm, clean and decorated tastefully, with a real comfortable, period feel. The owner was available by phone if required, to answer any problems we encountered. An exceptional stay and would definitely return when visiting Ironbridge for a holiday again!
We had no complaints whatsoever; guests should note that due to the parking restrictions in the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage site, overnight parking for the accommodation is just a short walk across the bridge in the Telford Council car park, minutes away, pay by the hour between 10am and 5pm.

The location of the flat could not have been more central. The layout of the flat had character. Every window looked out on the Severn and the bridge.
A few of the lights seemed to be not working but that did not have any real impact on our stay as there were others.

Loved the location. Just where we wanted to be..
The house needed some attention. There were several small things which could have been addressed easily. The bed in the main bedroom has a mattress on it which is too big for the old fashioned bed frame. This meant that every time you moved or turned over. The bed made a noise and you would wake up. The kitchen floor covering was not appropriate in a domestic dwelling and was hard on your feet.
The Yale lock stopped functioning correctly. Luckily there was a second lock on the door to use.

Property was great
Booking .com made a mess of our credit card payment and we nearly lost the booking ! They were baled out by Hoseasons who were excellent - but instructions for collecting keys did not get to us until we in the airport on the first day !
