Came to Bath to celebrate my 50th with family and friends There were 12 of us The property was amazing had everything we needed and more for our group, the lounge and dining table had enough seating for us all to be together Our host was very accommodating making all the rooms twins or triples for us and allowing us to drop our luggage off before check in time Location was fantastic a 4 mins walk to train station and only 1 min into the town itself High recommend this property and would happily book again when I next find myself in bath

The house was lovely and the owner did try and sort the problem. It set us back quite a bit as we had things booked in

I've used VRBO many times but after this rental, never will again. I reached out a week in advance about access details and never heard back. I reached out an hour before check-in, at check-in, after check-in, with no answer. VRBO also couldn't reach the owner. Only AFTER we booked a hotel (non-refundable day-of) did she respond. She had turned off her phone "for a meeting" during check-in time and blamed me for not contacting her sooner. A week's notice wasn't enough because she doesn't check VRBO for correspondence and apparently doesn't send access details without prompting. Now VRBO has agreed to give us a refund, but every time we call, they promise to take a next step, never do it and we have to call again, wait on hold, get hung up on by accident, and so forth. They clearly don't have a process to protect their customers when owners don't comply with their own rental agreements.

Great experience all around. The property is beautiful and the location is really fantastic with easy walking access to loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Communication with Jette has been straightforward and friendly so would recommend hands down

We had an amazing time staying here. The property is well presented, brilliantly positioned with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. The property is modern while keeping in touch with its history. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved sitting at the kitchen window waving at the open top busses. Would love to stay again.
