The haciendas is a nice space, the room es cool and the views are pretty a very natural. It has a jacuzzi that makes a nice experience. The locations is conviniente since it's a the entrance of the town but the views are super green a the woods surround the property
The jacuzzi wasn't that hot and the second day it wasn't hot at all!!! The service for food it's only for breakfast and since the team it's little it take a loooong time to get your food. The team at the hotel is very nice and the service they give you is the best they can do, that's for sure. And just one element... I get that the classic vibe of an Hacienda involves so many elements, but just outside my room there was a "Confesionario with a priest" and that was a bit freaky!
I mean in 2024 we should keep spaces religion free in my opinion.

Great location...away from some of the noise in town, excellent service, friendly staff, nice facilities, comfortable bed. We will return. No complaints.

Beautiful surroundings, furnishings, comfortable rooms, hot showers
No coffee facilities in room or by reception, breakfast only from 9am, no hair dryer in room, quite expensive for what you get.

The setting was lovely and peaceful. It is well maintained.
The hot tub was lukewarm making it unusable. There was no coffee available in the morning unless you were there for breakfast. The size of the water bottles was quite small given that the water from the tap is not potable. Also, most places we have used at this price point include a breakfast at no charge.

Quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed every moment
As a very early riser, access to an early cup of coffee would have been wonderful.

The staff could not be more helpful, friendly and kind. They all went out of their way to provide everything we needed.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the center of town. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Hacienda itself is absolutely gorgeous, stylish and very comfortable. Alejandro provided the best service one could ask for. Carlos the chef put together beautiful plates. All in all we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The room was beautiful. The location was a little far from town center. Walkable for the able, not so much for others. But quiet and peaceful. The staff were very nice. The manager was rude and condescending.
Website stated dinner and breakfast was available , but the restaurant was closed. Told the cook did not show for work. There was coffee, but you had to ask for it, because it was for the staff. Rules stated the you could not bring food or drink to your room from the outside, yet the hotel offered no snacks or drinks other the water on site. There was also two pages of rules. You were expected to follow. Including extra charges if you got the sheets dirty. Yet there was no bottom sheet on the bed. Hot tub was also dirty and unusable.
We were the only guests at the hotel. We asked the manager if we could extend our stay a few hours beyond normal check out because our transportation was a few hours away. We were told there would be a fee equal to 1/3 our rate, about $50. Otherwise we could wait in the court yard. Keep in mind there were no other guests in the hotel. He was rude and seemed to care less about our comfort or that the hotel did not provide services stated on booking.com and there website. The hotel charged on the top end for the little town.

The hotel is beautiful with well-appointed rooms and a lovely bar/dining area with historic charm.
We enjoyed an after dinner drink in our room in front of the fireplace.
The location is good, close to town down a quiet road. The views are beautiful!
It's a small thing...We're early risers and like to have coffee first thing. Coffee wasn't available until after the dining room opens at 8 a.m.

Historic feel, Emiliano Zapata pictures on the walls, great jakuzi in the little patio. Rooms are big and showers give plenty of hot water. Great view from the restaurant. Good food and great service.

Breakfast was excellent! The room was very good, The fireplace was wonderful it was gas and you only needed to turn it on or off. It definitely was more than adequate to heat the room and we needed to turn it off, even though San Sabastian was very cold! The washroom was warm and there was plenty of hot water for the shower!
Really nothing to complain about, It was nice enough that we added another night to our stay! I would say that if you are going to San Sabastian stay here and do not look any further! the service is excellent although if I had to complain It would be that there is not someone to reach 24 hours a day, So if there was an emergency in the night it may be difficult to get help!
