I've stayed here a few times in the Privilege room. Nice king-size (6ft) bed, sofa and fridge.
The jacuzzi-bath is nice at this time of year (although the bathroom could do with updating, and the shower glass/panel is bizarre).
Good breakfast and nice bar.
My only real issue is the water fountain. If you're going to install one, at least make it proper filtered/bottled water, that has a good flow. This one seems to be just chilled tap water that flows so slowly it takes about 5 minutes to fill a water bottle. Very frustrating.

Vivian and her colleague ( dark skinned lady ) looked after us really well . Fantastic service

Very good hotel with excellent and helpful staff. The room was actually very nice, It was in excellent condition and had everything you would need. But was completely let down by probably the worst beds we have ever attempted to sleep on. They were so hard that we struggled to sleep. We would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor and, so as you can imagine this really spoilt the whole experience.
As for breakfast it was good but would have been better to have had a choice of eggs other than powdered scrambled. Shame we will need to choose a different hotel next time.

Nice overnight stay in a very comfortable hotel at a very good price. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that

One night stay for a celebration at another hotel nearby. Conveniently close to Milton Keynes Central train station. Didn’t really get to use the all the facilities but stay was comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Would visit again.

The hotel team allowed early check in as we were attending a funeral. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the electrics stopped working at night and we have to move rooms - inconvenient but well handled by the team

Our second stay in 2 years at this hotel which is easy to find and handily located for the golf centre.
Early room availability was provided in order to allow us to attend a funeral.
Room clean and a decent standard, bar staff cheerful and friendly.
We ate in the restaurant on one night with good service and good food.

The check in was brilliant and the lady on the front desk was very accommodating and helpful!
The room its self was spacious and very comfortable however as tiered in places.
The tea & coffee facilities are very poor for a 4* hotel! The kettle was grubby and plasticky and was more like 3* than 4.
The room was really dark which was excellent for a good night sleep.
The tv was supposed to be a smart tv but didn’t work properly.
The hotel also has EV charging which is a fabulous feature!!

I've stayed here several times over the years. It's always been clean and comfortable. Service always good.

Hard giving this review because so much was good about it. Was in a good location, the hotel itself was nice and the breakfast was great but the main purpose of a hotel wasn’t met to a good standard at all. The beds were beyond firm and to a point where they’d make a prison mattress seem luxury. I had the worst night sleep spinning round the bed like a rotisserie chicken trying to find a position that didn’t hurt. 2 days later I’m still in pain and taking painkillers from that nights “sleep”. Also the shower temperature nob was broken and somehow I had to deal with the fires of hell coming out of it and my friend the waters of the Antarctic.

I arrived a little early than the check in time but Maria (on reception) was very helpful and was able to check me in. The room booked was a privilege room and due to issues with stairs, she was able to provide me with the same type of room but without as many stairs.
The room itself was nice and had a fridge which was helpful in the heat. The bathroom had shower and bath along with courtesy robes and slippers.
Was happy with the room and would stay again opting for the same room

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were very disappointed. I had prepaid for the room, but they went to charge me again until I mentioned it was paid. I booked a bottle of wine to be put in our room for my husband's birthday the following day - it was written in a book on reception but no wine was there when we got back to the room the next day. When i enquired at reception I was told to ask the bar staff, blank looks. Breakfast was a big disappointment- we were not late down but the selection was very depleted, and not refilled. The scrambled egg was runny slop and there were never any bowls fruit / yoghurt. The coffee machine was temperamental and not much choice.
When i went to check out, the young man on reception was busy on his mobile phone. He glanced up briefly for me to tell him the room number, put the payment through for bits charged to the room, then went back to his phone!!!! no conversation whatsoever as to how our stay was.
To be honest, we will not be returning any time soon, very disappointed.

Very nice accommodation , we stayed in room 57.
Food and spa were excellent. Breakfast was fine , buffet style quite tasty but not a lot of fare left when we went up , this was replenished later but quickly depleted.
Room was very pleasant however we found the double bed to be a little small and there is a very annoying green light above the door which cannot be turned off , this effectively illuminates the whole room.
Heating was on max when we came in which left it very warm to sleep in, not the best night sleep as a result of these factors however we did enjoy our stay and would visit again.

The room was small and very hot. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but this is only in communal areas, not in the rooms.
The staff were friendly and helped out when the shower in our room didn't work - they moved us to another room.
Not a lot of choice in the menu

Very good service, really nice spacious room, very clean and comfortable.
Nice feel to the communal areas.

Stayed here for one night, couldn't fault anything, the food was good too. The staff were also very good, the only comment I would make is the chucking of empty bottles into bin behind the bar, very noisy!!

Was good for a short one night stay, location quite far from everything however room was quiet and clean enough.

We stayed at this hotel around 5 years ago and had a fabulous stay, having plans in the area we chose tobreturn. Sadly, the hotel has declined in that time and is in need of some updating.
Check in was great and the lady on reception, very friendly and helpful. The room was very cold, the receptionist kindly came up and sorted the air con onto heat.
The room itself comfortable and bed great. The cleanliness wasn't as good as it could be, noticeable in the bathroom more. The shower gel and shampoos dispensers needed cleaning. The edge of the vanity was very tatty. Bedside lamp didn't work. We noticed the window area had gone mouldy and painted over. A slat in the blinds was missing, not ideal when people can be outside the window and see in!
Breakfast waiting staff were slow, not the most helpful and more interein talking at their station than making sure items were replenished. We went down at 10, breakfast ended at 11. No pastries. No clean drinking cups. No table laid.
The hotel just seemed a little tired, it wasnt worth the money paid, disappointing after our previous stay being so good.

We booked to stay someone at Stony Stratford my old home 40 years ago. To show my husband around and the. Visit
Friends. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were all really friendly. The food was, to our suprise delicious! We courgette into the restaurant the evening we arrived due to 2 wedding parties being in residence. So a bar burger it was. I’m not a burger person but was hungry. It was Delicious! The breakfast was also very yay and kept refilled regularly. Well done chef!

Fast check in and check out. Nice staff.

Upon arrival there were dirty stains on a towel - took it to reception and that was changed.
Noticed make up stains on the bathroom door after coming out the shower just before bed.

Everything was really good. I didn’t dine here but in all respects the staff were helpful and very polite. The EV chargers on site did not work and looked as though they hadn’t for a while.
That needs urgent attention.
6.0
Modern and comfortable good sized room and bathroom with waterfalla shower. Restaurant for breakfast was spacious and breakfast options were good both hot and continental.
Staff were courteous and welcoming.
Parking was easy and plentiful.
Overnight was quiet even though there was a wedding party in. We could hear the shower running from next doors room but other than that weren't disturbed.
Very disappointing for a 4* hotel to be assigned a room with extensive carpet damage.
Requested a mug at breakfast to have a latte as cups are too small a size however was told there are no mugs. Given you can have a mug in a Premier Inn and dont have the option to have a latte this was pretty disappointing.

Well placed outside of Milton Keynes centre with easy access by road.
Good parking, pleasant surroundings on edge of a golf course.
The staff were really nice and very helpful - couldn’t do enough to meet our needs.
Approaching the entrance doesn’t do the hotel enough justice as the rooms and interior are very good in terms of decor and facilities so could probably do with a bit of a facelift outside.
Food was good and also at a reasonable price and breakfast was included within the overall booking price with a good range of hot & cold options.
Would definitely go back for a short stay.

Great service from Mel on reception and the bar staff. Some rooms need a general fix up but overall it is a clean and friendly hotel. Stayed a few times and I can’t say we’ve had any bad issues. See you again soon.

All good generally, rather disappointed in the shower, the room we had the shower either melted your skin off or was ice cold, no in-between temperatures (#255)
