Great place. Good breakfast. Nice quiet rooms but no elevator. No rooms on bottom level with 2 queen beds. Need to have rooms on bottom level for people with bad knees.

Very nice stay in an updated room. Check in was very pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and appeared to be relatively new. I would have given a higher review except for the slightly run down neighborhood. The restaurant next dor (Fiesta Mexicana) was fantastic!!

It was great on the inside, renovated and nice. Staff were great and the breakfast was pretty good. When we arrived people were picnicking and leaving trash everywhere outside. Seemed like a sh*t show and next morning no one had cleaned up after themselves.

Convenient to Mesa Verde National Park. Free breakfast was good. No elevator, and we were on the second floor which wasn’t ideal. Mexican restaurant in the parking lot which was very good.

The shower in one room didn't work. We paid for the hotel upfront month earlier. When we arrived they charged us again at a higher rate. We noticed the credit card charge and complained but only got a refund for the lower rate and had to pay the 20% higher rate. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's a Days Inn... nothing splendid, nothing horrible. Room was fine with the exception of the air-conditioning that had a life of its own. Room was spacious, bed is not, bathroom door needs replacement, shower temperature was acting, outside area needs full remodeling.

For a budget hotel (among the cheapest in Cortez) it was acceptable. The previous occupant of my room had an extremely hairy dog and the carpet was not vacuumed well, if at all. A couple of minutes using my foot to ball up all the hair and toss it helped with the ick-factor. Everything else seemed clean in the room. I'd consider staying again but would certainly inspect the room better before moving in.

This place was so nice we had a room upstairs double bed. Nicely decorated, clean everything was updated. Breakfast was great really catering to people hiking pre-made oatmeal, hard boil eggs. I will stay here again. Lady at the Front desk so helpful. People cleaning rooms very friendly this hotel gets a A

We booked a room for 5 people, which included 2 beds. But the size of the beds was more like for 4 adults at all and it still would be tight. At first employee said he gonna switch our room for bigger beds but we ended up in the same room just farther. It was literally the same beds, still super small. I don’t know who allowed them renting this room for 5 ADULTS. We expected beds to be bigger. It wasn’t even typical queen sized bed- it was even smaller. Be careful with your booking. Employee wasn’t really helpful and nice. We survived one night, but we would never go back there.

Hotel was decent. Rooms were pretty spacious and very clean. For the price, it was a good value. A typical motel set up. Good size clean outdoor pool, which was great for my kids. Breakfast was fine, but nothing exciting. We would not necessarily stay there again, but for what we ended up paying, it was not that bad.

Nice renovated & clean room (only not quite done with touch up paint or missing bathroom trim). Best part was comfortable beds. Room included a table & chairs, hooks, cubbies, etc. Breakfast was sufficient - liked the hot oatmeal & hard boiled eggs in addition to waffles, toast, cereal, fruit. Homestyle Mexican restaurant next door was exceptional, except for the kid's chicken & fries.
