Second time we stayed. The place is cozy and quiet. Could use some updating in the rooms. We do enjoy our stays there
1.0
We’ve stayed here a few times before, this was probably the most concerning stay. Overall the room was clean, but I marked it down due to finding a cockroach in our room.
As for condition, the blinds seemed to be broken, as there was no stick to turn them, and manually turning them did nothing at all. I had to manually turn the blinds to force them closed.
Also, the bed’s headboard was loose and anytime you get on, get off or move on the bed it slammed the wall. The soap dispenser that is normally attached to the wall was sitting on the side of the bathtub, no clue it was meant to be or not. The bathroom door was incredibly hard to open and close, we had to use our body weight to do it. One of the vanity lights was burnt out as well. There was also a few light switches that didn’t seem to do anything at all? Not sure if there is a fan vent for the shower/tub area but ours did not work, which seems odd for a room with an open shower/tub design, so the steam from doing anything was incredibly quick to fill the room.
The hotel rooms feel very dated, but overall it was still a good stay. The staff there is always great and this trip was no different. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful. The property is always very quiet, parking is always available even when there are no vacancies. It’s located very close to the touristy spots and is very convenient.

Very amazing
The room was fantastic 💕

It says it is a cabin suite, but was only decorated like a cabin and the room was on the Second Floor, with no elevator. The jacuzzi tub dripped all night and the jets were weak and not working properly. Two shower heads with one working right and one side had very weak pressure. I was told over the phone they had breakfast but only served coffee. We had just gotten married and stayed two nights and it was very disappionting. My wife had trouble with the stairs and that was a major issue.

It was comfortable & absolutely cozy. We enjoyed the quiet & how mostly all food was walking distance & just a 5-8min drive to the casinos. Food out here is amazing, no disappointments. We unfortunately had a room that had some light fixtures that didn’t work & the jacuzzi jets didn’t work in our tub. We were looking forward to it but other than that we would stay again. Hoping for the full jet experience next time.

Room was clean and spacious. The tub was large enough to fit two people comfortably. The property was nice, had complementary bikes to use for guests. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and businesses. We enjoyed our time at PostMarc and will be back next time we’re in south lake

Had a great time, we were there for anniversary.
We had a room with heart shaped tub that doubled as a Jacuzzi.

Great location near Ski Run and the Lake Tahoe Harbor with beach access.

SAFETY HAZARDS:The queen bed was situated on a raised (6") portion of the floor. To someone (most) who don't have that at home ,getting up in the middle of the night can be a very dangerous tripping hazard, Raised floors may have been "hip" in the 60's but not now. The shower(s) had a sign cautioning "slippery when wet" but no grab bars

We stayed here for one night quick in and out of Tahoe.

Very run down for a high price. Broken bricks on building and in roadway, dirty windows with layers of cobwebs in common areas. Broken blinds in the room and parts of carpet had layers of old dirt/stains. Leaky shower head. But bed linens and towels were clean. Good location.

Nice place to stay, but need remodel and update, especially for hottub.

Very run down property. The room had no privacy, with a large shower/tub taking up half of the room. It was ok for us as a couple, but I would imagine this would be strange if friends were staying in the same room and weren’t aware of the open concept shower. Overall very run down, with water damage around the windows, patches all over the ceiling, and very thin walls. We could hear every other guest showering, using the sinks, or flushing toilets all night. Very thin walls as well. Location is convenient, but this hotel leaves much to be desired.

We stayed in room 104, it was horrible. It was painted by someone who was definitely high! There is zero insulation in the walls and we could hear every footfall above us ALL NIGHT! The room faces the street and the traffic noise was insane. Someone had the brilliant idea to put a glass door on the bathroom with an automatic light, anyone who used the restroom at night bathed the entire room in 400 watt daylight. We got up in the morning and thought to have a cup of coffee, nope, the coffee caddy had two decaf pouches. Feeling sleep deprived and beaten, we finally rolled our eyes and at 7 in the morning said "let's get the hell out of here"! The only nice thing I have to say is the beds were comfortable.

This hotel is ok but in need of renovation. Bedding needs to be fixed - we got back pain sleeping on the age old matress.
Spa area needs proper privacy... not sure who was thinking what when designing it.
The whole property is super old and needs a bunch of fixes.

I spent way to much for these rooms the jets don’t work properly in the jacuzzi tubs and we couldn’t get help taking luggage and other stuff to our rooms there’s no elevator and 2 men checked us in. Stayed here before it was much cheaper and experience was better I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

The property has everything we needed and was clean. Convenient location for walking to the lake, shopping, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, towels, and wet room (shower / deep jetted tub).

The room was really clean and spacious I felt that I got a lot for the price I paid to stay

My boyfriend and I really loved our room. We had s suite with the jacuzzi tub. We walked for drinks and food, all of which were only 10-15 minutes away. One evening we sat outfront by the fire pit for a few hours. Great environment, and overall experience.

Very enjoyable. Centrally located around major tourists spots. The jacuzzi was a nice touch as well. However, you can hear neighbors filling up their jacuzzi’s. Not bad overall though.

One thing that is unique about the property and could look deceiving in the pictures is that the shower and jacuzzi tub are completely open concept and in the middle of the bedroom. There is no door… the curtain that wraps around doesn’t provide full coverage around the shower. Would only recommend for couples that are comfortable with that. Also the communal grass area had so much dog poop and smell that we could not sit and enjoy it. The “cafe” that is advertised is just self serve coffee and tea.

For the price of our stay I feel like the property could use some upgrades. The hot tub in the room was a plus but ultimately the room was very outdated.

Location was nice, quiet overall, price was fair. The hotel needs attention though, worn carpet, old fixtures, and a refresh of paint. It may seem odd but with all of that said there is a 50% chance we would stay here again
