Great location, welcoming staff, comfortable beds, and very clean.

Our room had no window and it was extremely small and caused my husband to have a panic attack.

The location was great and the room was clean. It was a few minor things, like a dirty pillow and towels, but other than that everything was great!
5.0
The hotel was very well located.
The lighting in the room was very little. That was disappointing because it was difficult to see anything near the door side of the room. There was no body wash in the shower. Luckily I brought my own.
The breakfast was wonderful. Service was slow the first day but the 2nd was very good.
The doorman brought our luggage to the room. He looked in my husband’s wallet and told him he could break a larger bill so he could get a larger tip. I really did not feel comfortable with that.

Staff was very friendly, and the hotel was in decent shape. But for this price there are lots of better places to stay. Very small rooms.

Loved this hotel! The staff are super friendly. However breakfast is not provided with your room

Stayed here for a college reunion. Great location and friendly staff - The only issue is they didn’t clean my room for 3 days. I actually had to ask the maid to bring me towels and empty the trash.

Not so good. Towels were never picked up after using them. Room smelled damp and musty due to wet towels.

The front desk need to be more courteous when customers are in line waiting. This one lady did a lot of laughing and talking about other things with a customer and co worker while rest of us waited in line.

Our room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and stores. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

*disclaimer: this was during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Weekend*
Hotel was average but in a great location. Check in was smooth but when we arrived around 2pm there was no hot water left. They don’t give you a whole lot of towels so we ran out while showering/getting ready. Room had clean bedding but bathroom looked to not have been deep cleaned in a while (water stains/soap scum in shower door). Significant wear and tear on the shower features (rusting/paint peeling). Lastly, the floor did not look to be vacuumed and definitely wasn't vacuumed as part of housekeeping. WiFi was spotty but
I’m going to assume that was due to the capacity of the hotel. Check out was busy and the staff were definitely at the end of their ropes with people. We definitely caught some attitude for asking them to hold bags (which is something they offer). All in all, a safe roof over your head in a good location close to bourbon street and the French quarter.

Room was bigger than I thought with a sofabed/tv area and bedroom with two beds. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and a nice view. Very nice location. I will stay here again!

Hotel was fine. Restaurant had problems making a turkey sandwich due to the fryer being broken. Cancelled order after 50 minutes.

Overall, nice location if you want to do the whole New Orleans thing. We only needed it to sleep while we visited family and it was very loud, even from the 6th floor. The outside noises kept waking me up. The hotel and rooms could use a cosmetic refresh but it did the job.

Great stay. Excellent location

The lobby, hallway, room were all super clean! Staff was extremely helpful and sweet. Loved the location as it was walkable to the French Quarter but on the edge where it wasn’t loud and rowdy at all hours of the night. Would recommend and stay here again!

I had the most amazing experience. The staff is A1. The room was clean and the decor felt very New Orleans. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have no complaints at all. The service was amazing. All the staffing was outstanding with their service. Very friendly and respectful. Please make sure the doorman Jonathan is aware of the amazing person he is and rhe outstanding job he does.

Woken by a barking dog in the room next to me on the 8th floor, I was offered to move to a much smaller room on the 2nd floor, which was level with cable cars and too loud, so they moved me to the 10th floor, which wreaked of mold and had a fan drying the wet carpet in the corridor all weekend.
The first night when I came back to the hotel, I asked the guy at front desk if I could have apple/orange juice from their pantry, and he said "sure, help yourself".
Believing it was gratis, took 2, and was surprised when I was charged $10 checking out for it.
I was told I could check out at 2pm, but still woken at 11am by housekeeping.
For my inconvenience, I was given "points" for future stays at IHG hotels.

Disappointed in the service. No clean towels for over 28 hours. The buffet was microwaved food. No cots available. Poor service overall except for our hondurian serve who was extremely helpful and professional.

Carolyn P. at the front desk was wonderful! Walkable to the shoppes at Canal and Luke’s has a great happy hour! valet was $53 a day and takes a minute but it was convenient!

The hotel itself is nice and good, the staff is friendly. The room is very nice, true to a city with art, not too big, but ok and the bed is comfortable. Central air conditioning works pretty well. Price of drinks in the bar are reasonable. There are several parking houses within 3 corners at around 30 USD/day. Most attractions are within walking distance, but far enough to make no noise. The street often smells weed and rotting trash, but that is nothing special in New Orleans. Generally the experience was good, would return and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. We loved it was convenient to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Room was quiet and slept really well. The only negative is the staff wasnt very nice. They were short and had zero hospitality. The nicest staff were the valet. Guys were super nice and helped us bring up our luggage. The front ladies did let us store our luggage after check out but acted like we were putting them out or bothering them. Just kind of rude.
