Overall it is a wonderful hotel and staff are very friendly.

It’s was clean and nearby to the fun.

Great hotel, excellent location, would recommend.

Location is excellent, quiet street. Rooms were beautifully furnished.

We had 2 queen beds. Only one bed was upgraded, the other was a bit old and creaky.

It was alright, BUT...

Downtown close to all the stores, activities, river, and bourbon st.

The hotel does not have a microwave or laundry room, the ice machine on the floor was broken, and parking is expensive. The rate I paid at booking.com was supposed to be $146 per night. I stayed only three nights and paid over $1,200 with parking when i checked out. There are too many fees, taxes, and other hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until checkout. Our neighborsing rooms had people smoking skunk weed. Hallways and our room smelt like a skunk our entire stay. I'd give this place a 4 out of 10. Only because the room was clean, the service was great, and the location was good.

Fist of fall there is no any notes that parking is not for free. They charge 50$ per day. I paid valet parking. Left my car, and got it back damaged. For that expensive valet parking this is ridiculous

Would stay again...

Kentrell was fabulous. She was very pleasant and informative about the haps around town. Always a smile on her face!!!

The absence of a microwave. Everywhere we went we had some sort of carry out with extras but no way to warm it up.

Superb

Excellent staff and location. The hotel was like a little hidden gem in downtown and short walking distance from the French Quarter. Plenty of Southern regional restaurant options within the same block.

Parking is always an issue when it's not free or readily available. But there are parking lots sprinkled nearby and one immediately across the street from the hotel. Valet is also an option, but I prefer to park my own vehicle.

Great location, beautiful facility, just needs a couple of courtyard changes.

Beautiful decor

There’s a courtyard between the buildings. It could be beautiful but it was not. poorly maintained and the gate to the street was left open, a major safety hazard in this area. Some people were in the courtyard singing and yelling between 3 and 4 am

nice old hotel, convenient

nice old hotel feel. easy to walk to the stadium and to the quarter. staff were very responsive and nice. bar/food staff were very nice as well

no hot water first morning, they fixed it but didn’t have hot water when we need it the first morning. last morning some of the staff for breakfast didn’t show but they did well to make up for the reduced staff.
