The hotel needs some serious updating. It is in an industrial area. It didn't feel dangerous but it was less than ideal. Close to the interstate. The halls are disgusting and appear to not have been vacuumed in a while. The room itself appeared adequately clean. It definitely could have been better but could have been worse.

Building was disgusting smelled awful room was dirty, with black mold in the popcorn ceiling, big holes in the shower wall with exposed plumbing. And mold. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me 100$.

Horrible stay, tried to kick us out at midnight for overbooking....had to move over to extended stay in Billings, been there for a couple of weeks and still no refund from motel 6 for two rooms. Police says this is the worst hotel in town, not safe, prostitution, nasty place

The both rooms they tried to give us were unsanitary! Garbage and bodily fluids all over bathroom's. Fights and witnessed unlawful acts in parking lot. We left at 9pm and found a safe and clean place. It should be inspected and condemned! Persuing refund of $90 of HELL

What an absolute dump. Read the Google reviews as they are spot on. This place is horrific, filthy, and appears to house drug users and/or dealers. Stay far, far away.

Went to check in after securely booking our room, only to find out that the room we had booked wasn’t available. Waited for over an hour for them to find a housekeeper to clean a room. It was midnight when we arrived at the property. Ended up just leaving and going to a different hotel, as we were traveling with children that were tired. Room they were “cleaning” at midnight seemed to have random people just hanging out in it. This same couple then proceeded to start doing repairs in the lobby at midnight as well. Definitely will not be staying at this property ever again. The hotel we ended up going to stated they receive guests from this property daily with the same issues.

When we arrived the front desk said that the room was just being checked to ensure it was ready. The desk clerk said that the room was ready except the one bed didn’t have a blanket as it was being washed. We went to the room and found that the remote control to the TV was missing, and the TV itself couldn’t show anything except “No Signal”. Called the front desk and advised them that the TV wasn’t working, the remote was missing, and that we were still waiting for a blanket. Remote was delivered and that was the last we saw or heard from the staff. TV still said no signal, no blanket all night, shower tap spouting water all over the floor. General maintanence of the premises was abysmal.

Whoever runs this slum and decided that it's remotely fair to charge people 100+dollars a night to stay here is completely off their rocker. Made a reservation 3 hours in advance. When I showed up to check in at 10 at night, there was a line of people waiting to have rooms cleaned by one maid. After getting a key (an hour after showing up), the rooms are trashed, foul, and smell like bleach. 5 out of 5 towels that were in the room were stained and reeked like urin. This is not a review of the workers here because they seem to be doing all they can with the limited resources the scum bag that operates this place provides them.

Able to check in 30 mins early, so willing to give to a break. Laminate floor was a disaster, similar fail for tub resurface. Exposed wiring in bathroom ceiling, toilet flush sounded like jet plane, lock on door was non functional. I went to front desk for towels, got 2 bath towels, went to front desk am for shower curtain.

The venue was gross. Not clean. Curtains ripped and barely hanging. Safety lock not screwed in. Mold on the floor and walls. Windows couldnt see thru and cleaning gloves used left in the room. Barhroom dirty. Open vents no covers. Shower curtains unusable. Staff was talking about cops and someone baricading them in the rooms the night before and guns out. I have pics to show. The app wont let me upload. I wasted my credits on a room we all got sick from tbe mold in.

Check in was at three but room still wasn't ready; after waiting several minutes to give housekeeping time to make the bed I went up and took a shower but realized no soap had been put out; pool out of commission still; side door was not available for entrance; was informed it was the manager's dog at the end of the hallway that barked off and on from the time I checked in until 3 and a half hours later when I went out for the evening. Air conditioning did work good so that was nice

Given a room, door wouldn't unlock, guy opened the door and was occuping the room. Second room was flithy. 3rd room was also occupied. Saw two hookers coming out of the place. Do not stay there. Should not be on Hotels.com.

Warning… do not stay at this property! The condition of this property is horrific. If you choose to stay make sure you walk up and down the halls and ask to see the room prior to checking in. I could not even take a shower before leaving. This property needs to be condemned. I wish I would’ve taken photos and the smell…

This motel should be pulled as an option to stay at. The rooms are extremely dirty. There is a horrible smell in the entire building. The floors are barely held together. Within an hour the fire department was there for a possible overdose of someone staying there. Nothing about this location is safe. The only nice thing was the man at check in. He was very nice. Other than that, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a motel. I only stayed in my room long enough to look for another hotel to book and order my Uber.

The desk clerk tried turning us away upon arrival at 7:30 pm after traveling all day, saying no rooms available. When I told her I had reservation, she then said no clean rooms that the housekeeper didn't show up for work. It took her another 30 minutes to get a room ready for us. There was no toilet paper or wash cloths in the bathroom. The pool was closed. They did not have cups for the lobby coffee in the morning and no cups in the room. There were maintenance bins left at the landing for the stairs. The only positive was getting a discounted rate for the inconvenience of having to wait 30 minutes to get into the room.

We arrived at this hotel and the guy at the desk had my husband look at 2 different rooms to see if they were clean. We finally got keys to a room that was on the second level. The carpets were torn and very dirty in the hallways. There was people standing in the hallway and had a pitbull. I finally got them to move their dog. Our room had clean beds but the curtains were falling off the hanger. I had to fix the hanger so I could close them. Their was a laundry cart outside the hotel door that was being used for trash. I was unsure if we should stay there but we did. I would never stay there again! I did not feel safe there and could not believe how dirty it was.

Accidentally pulled into the wrong Motel 6 directly across the road, which did not seem safe at all. The front desk guy seemed surprised that anyone would stop there or make a reservation, commenting that the cleaning person didn't show up today and that there were no clean rooms. The correct Motel 6 seemed slightly better, but things still seemed in shambles. I was given a key and then shown to my room and asked to check it out and see if I'm okay with it... I've traveled a good amount for work and I've never once had any place do this. My card didn't work, so the worker used their key. The room was... Not well maintained, but seemed clean. I was told that they would have to reprogram the door, and it all seemed a little odd and I just didn't feel comfortable. I ended up cancelling and finding lodging elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel late (midnight) after a long day. The desk clerk explained that the room cleaners were short staffed and our room wasn’t ready. He said he would need 20 minutes to clean it. Then he came back after being gone 10 minutes or so and said there were no rooms with 2 beds left. We had reserved a 2 bed room. One bed would not work. So we had to scramble after midnight to find another place to stay. This hotel should not be on the Expedia list!!!! It was totally not acceptable!!!! The lobby was cold and dirty. I never did see a room.

This was easily the most disgusting room I've ever seen in a hotel. The entire property was run down and had all the typical signs of activity that is not family-friendly or safe. Windows were broken, holes in the ceilings, stains all over walls and beds, locks missing, and many people just meandering around both inside and outside of the building. All in all just a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience, but the staff at the front desk were at the very least cordial and kind.

I hate leaving poor reviews but I would never stay at Motel 6 ever again after this stay. After we checked in we were told about frequent break-ins to cars in the lot and some of the rooms. The room we stayed in looked broken into and vandalism on the walls surrounding the room. Our room cards did not work two separate times after activation. As for the room, we paid for non-smoking and a fridge and didn’t get what we paid for; there was no fridge and the room reeked of marijuana. When we tried to open a window to ventilate the window was cracked and boarded up with wood so it wouldn’t slide open. We sat on the bed and there were holes in the sheets. We checked around the room for more problems and noticed how uncleanly the sink was with toothpaste and hair in it. The floors were also dirty. We received no shower towels or soap and the shower had a vent on the wall next to our bed that was leaking out smelly water. We brought in sleeping bags to prevent sleeping in the unkept bed as well as all of our gear from the camping trip my girlfriend and I were on to prevent our belongings from being stolen from the car. We brought our complaints to the front desk the next morning and demanded a refund which the employee at the front desk said they couldn’t help us. I would still like a refund for this stay for how awful it was.

Unfortunately, the owner/manager is trying to keep this open while trying to remodel/refurbish by himself. Which we felt bad for him for and give him kudos in trying to do so: However, we had a reservation, and yet the only room available needed cleaned and a new faucet for the tub. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, he finally offered us a refund, and we went to the one next door EconoLodge, which wasn't a great deal better. Bad experience.
