This property has one double bedroom with a woodburning stove, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a 3D Smart TV, Blue-Ray, and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and lawned gardens with a patio and furniture. Fuel, power,bed linen and towels are included in the rent, but sorry, no pets and no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.6 miles. Please note, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, and the parking is approx. 30 steps away from the property . Wisteria is a magical cottage for a romantic getaway.

Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Note: The parking is approx 30 steps away from the property - the property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Property has been fully refurbished March 2022.

Lake Windermere offers cruises, boat trips, and watersports. Windermere and Keswick are nearby. Grasmere makes a great Lake District base.
