Get ready to pay to use the pool :(

The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean and large, the toilets are better than the pictures, the staff were great too

The shower had low pressure which made washing my hair a long process, the pool area felt like you had to buy a drink even if you were staying at the hotel, I know they are trying to make money but why would I stay at the hotel if I can’t access the pool at all times :/ especially considering that the hotel is more expensive than others, I wouldn’t pay that price for just the hotel room alone but it seems like I did because we felt pressured to get drinks every time, and the drinks are double the price. I think the hotel needs to give discounts to guests on drinks otherwise it’s a scam. Also the food isn’t bad but the size is smaller than most other restaurants

Un hotel cool sur d’une baie où la mer est transparente

L’ile de Koh Kood est encore préservée cet hotel porte son nom le bord de mer n’a pas de plage mais très bien aménagé son bord de mer: transats sur un plancher en bois en niveau reliant les piscines avec la mer qui magnifique l’eau est transparente pas de rocher que du sable avec des transats flottant…nous avons changé deux fois de bungalow il faut faire vraiment attention car il y a une énorme différence entre eux!!!

La nourriture il faut absolument sortir pour manger un scooter est indispensable il vous permettra de découvrir cette île merveilleuse ( cascades et de nombreuses plages magnifiques)

Overall was a good stay however can make it better with more choices at breakfast.

Beaches were stunning.

Location was somewhat far away from the main points and the breakfast was very limited on what you can eat - same food every morning we stayed for the 4 days duration. Staff were amazing in particular Tong, who made it worth while. Super attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need.

Great to stay

The location is great. The resort has its own beach, and the restaurant The Deck Bar is so good too. Room is spacious for 2 persons. Staffs are so helpful & friendly, they help us arrange everything.

Rooms in garden are kindy dark, and there are many mosquitoes so that we have to close the doors all day. Water is so weak in the bathroom. Breakfast is a little bit disappointing.

Koh kood resort pretty, but lacking

The pool was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the bar staff. The resort was quite pretty and the rooms were fairly large and private. The pickup and drop off services were very good.

The beds were rock hard, we barely slept for 3 nights. There was no maid service for the rooms, our air conditioner didn't really cool the room and dripped constantly to the point where there was a giant puddle on the floor and it was splashing us while we slept. There are gaps in the walls so the ac escapes and mosquitoes can get in. The power went out and I feel the photos online have been doctored or taken on an extremely clear day as the water is brown and murky and there is stinging jellyfish in the water. The swim up bar didn't open once and the advertised fire show didn't happen. Also whilst we realised everything was far apart, we were prepared to and we did hire a bike from the resort which had the most terrible steering and we felt unsafe and we stayed at the resort the whole time.

Just perfect!

The location was perfect! Super clear water and a small beach. The bar vibes we’re nice and chill. Also a very aesthetic place, perfect for those instagram pics! The bathroom looked different than the pictures but it was nicer!

We could feel the springs in the matras.. but after a blanket underneath it was fine!

Friendly staff. Location (If you drive a scooter). Good wifi most of the time.

First night we had a rat running in our room. Was offered to change the room the next day but we declined. We had already done our measures our selves to keep the rat outside. We found the hole were it came in. The hotel rented scooters but there were no helmets available. No sand on the beach during high tide/daytime. More breakfast choices would have been appreciated. You are stuck to the resort if you´re not driving a scooter.

Could be a very nice place

Nice and beautiful bungalow, great bathroom and shower Friendly staff Great beach

Noise all the time caused by the construction work for the pool so actually I could not spend any time there neither in my bungalow nor on the beach There is trash between the bungalows and even in the flowers in the bathroom WiFi did not work in my room although I asked three times about it Breakfast was OK but not great Overall for the price it was not great unfortunately

Very good

Room was big and comfy and staff is very friendly and helpful. Views are beautiful and the sea is just one enormous pool for you to enjoy. Definitely recommend!

Didn't have room service. Only left water bottles at the door.

Very poor

Need to have more communication with customers before arrive. I book my reservation in October and paid. But at arrival they said i never paid. Poor wifi can't verify my payment status.

Nice Resort for stay longer

Location is good and have own Restaurant/Bar and Kajaks, Friendly and helpful Personal, very nice garden Bungalows some with ocean view

should keep more maintained bungalows, water runs out in Bathroom, tv not working and where not clean room also if you leaf keys at reception

Beautiful sea side resort with great amenities

Wonderful sea side resort. Stayed here just for one night but it was fun. •quite calm and relaxing •friendly hotel staffs •rooms are nice and spacious with attached balcony in front, liked the wooden design •nice garden •deckbar located right in front of the beach where you can relax, drink, eat and enjoy the sea view •kayaking available just for 50thb per hour, really really enjoyed doing it, please dont miss •beautiful sunset view •scooty rent just at 250thb per day •good breakfast •great amenities •varieties of food and cocktail menu available

Very Bad Service, Bad Food, Bad facility.

Very Bad Food. Same Bad Cold Breakfast everyday… wet dishes… insects fly all over the food… (breakfast has only 1 type of cereal / egg + 1 piece of mushroom / half tomato)… no Covid Safety Action. Broken Faucet both in shower and in toilet. Room did not get clean because staff did not inform us to put the sign on the door. staff are not trained to help carrying luggage, we have to ask for help…

Nice private beach!

The private beach in the resort was nice cozy and more activities we can do. Sunset was beautiful, foods the taste was amazing!

When I was checking in I wish the reception told me more about facilities I have no idea what’s time for breakfast open until also I sent the message before I arrived there but no one response me back about pandemic due covid 19, and I feel like this resort look kinda old if compare from pictures on here. WiFi in my room is not working and the stuffs told me it broke need to wait the engineer come to fix it for the next day and our room have some small animals too especially big fire Ant! My friend got some accident while we were on the beach together her feet was bleeding and we really need first-aid box but all I got it just only Gauze, Cotton, Bandage (without Adhesive tape), Sodium Chloride and Band-Aid. This is my first time in Koh Kood and I didn’t impressed as much as I expect kinda sad.

Loved that they provide sub board, kayak and others with minimum charge. Loved all those super friendly and clingy little kitties tried ambushing us in front of our room everyday. Room was quite clean, spacious and comfy. Breakfast buffet lines are few, food at the restaurant and bar is quite delicious both Thai and inter, and drinks (punches, cocktails, alcohol) quite many to try.

Mosquitoes prevented us from lounging in hammock on our terrace. Staff are nice but smile only between interactions.
