The house is nice, 😊 plenty of rooms, nice decor. Very steep roads

Loved my stay and will absolutely be back. The house has everything you need, a great view, awesome location between Boone and Banner Elk, also close to Blowing Rock. The neighborhood is so friendly, walkable, paved and very close to my favorite hiking spots. The home was extremely cozy, beds are comfy and I loved the big wide-open windows. They are dog friendly which is a huge plus -- my pup really loved hanging out on the back deck!

My family and I stayed the weekend at this beautiful house while attending ASU's Spring Open House. We arrived later in the evening and had some difficulty finding the house but eventually arrived after missing the initial turn. The weather was not the best but when we arrived the house was warm and inviting. The decor was fabulous and the beds were super comfortable. We woke up on Saturday morning to a crisp, clear view of Grandfather Mountain! There was a lot of natural light and places to sit throughout the house. No chair provided a bad view of the outside. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to use. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. My girls slept downstairs in the basement and loved the coziness of the space. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others we know!

My family and I (3 small kids) really enjoyed this cozy little place. Great location about half way between Boone and Blowing Rock with a really awesome fireplace!

Enjoyed our stay at this charming cozy mountain home. It’s a blend of vintage and modernity. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings.

This is a beautifully maintained home. Functional, easy to maneuver kitchen with lots of seating upstairs and down. If you have a mobility issue with steps or on uneven surfaces outside, this is not the home for you. Also, if you aren't an experienced mountain driver or have difficulty with curvy, hilly mountain roads without guardrails especially at night or during bad weather, then you may not like the travel to reach the home. If you don't mind and are looking for a spacious property with excellent hosts, then please give this home a try.

Very clean, very convenient to Blowing Rock and Boone. Definitely will stay again!

This property was great for our needs, as we were attending a wedding at Crestwood Inn which was 5 min away! It felt tucked away but not too far from Boone and blowing rock. Unfortunately the weather was rainy so we weren’t able to use any of the decks or outside things but that would be nice on a pretty day. The heat wasn’t working properly when we arrived so it was pretty chilly, but the property manager was easily attainable and helped resolve the manner quickly. I would stay here again with a small group (since the bathrooms were shared and the downstairs room was a little cramped.)

The description doesn’t do this home justice. Beautiful, well maintained, AMAZING views.

We met family in Boone to celebrate Thanksgiving. Angel Stop was convenient for meeting them and doing sightseeing and shopping. The home was very clean and appointed. The kitchen is super well stocked for meal preparation and entertaining. Check in and check out were seamless. A definite keeper!

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the side deck was great. We had our morning coffee and lingered on the deck most days. We liked how quiet the neighborhood is and we’re able to walk our dog without traffic. We lie the proximity to Boone & Blowing Rock. Neal communicated very well and had a nice gift for us when we arrived. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces were clean, comfortable and roomy. We’ll definitely stay again.

We spent 3 nights in this charming home! My husband and our three year old son enjoyed our time here. The home was so tastefully decorated, all while being incredibly toddler friendly. I was concerned prior to our trip about this being toddler friendly, however once there I was very comfortable with him running around! We did bring a baby gate to keep him on the porch and from going downstairs. The home was also incredibly clean, which is always a huge plus! The community was close to everything and so quiet and nice! We will definitely be staying here again!

An old friend and I spent the weekend in this spacious, yet cozy home catching up! This was great place to catch up. It was bigger than we needed, but it felt just like home away from home-except for the tremendous views! It was a bit breezy and cool to sit out, but the views were beautiful through the window! It was immaculately clean and I’m picky! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved the mid center modern decor-so beautifully decorated. Just a small thing I loved. There was lots of lighting! Most rentals I have stayed in have been dark, making it difficult to read. But not here!
It was a perfect stay with excellent, prompt communication between us and the owner.

We loved our peaceful 4-night stay here! Everything was as-pictured and cozy. The view of the surrounding mountains was quintessential. The kitchen was modern and had everything to cook/grill during our stay. The backyard firepit was a fun bonus. It felt very secluded, and we saw several deer passing through the yard. Exactly what we needed to recharge during our getaway. Thank you!
Advice: buy extra toilet paper before you drive away from the grocery stores in Boone, as there is only one roll included per bathroom. Otherwise, everything was well-appointed!
