Overall review :
Service is really good.
Our room had strong humidity odour, they offered us a different room but had the same smell.
Food is not the best, we had lomito with blue cheese and was salty, papas bravas was salty too, also we had a New York steak which is not Angus and for the price was not the best ( $50 USD ) and the term we ask was not done properly it was served well done. For 4 start hotel food is not that good.

Everything really! It was so relaxing with so many choices of pools or restaurants or bars. Staff were lovely, food was delicious, room was super comfortable, lots of wildlife seen - monkeys, macaws, sloths, even a racoon!
Nothing!

Todo, maravilloso en todos los aspectos

The grounds were beautiful, the view of the ocean was also stunning. The walking paths had wonderful landscaping. The gym was excellent!
Lacking food option. Maybe another restaurant on the property with more local food would be good.

El paseo por el bosque interno, los animales los visitan, monos, lapas, perezosos.
Los paseo si están un poco costosos

The property was absolutely gorgeous, staff were friendly and the property was super clean.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property but I did wish the staff would have walked around the pool area more to ask if we needed any drinks. Having to get out of the pool and find a person for drinks was a little irritating for how much we were paying for drinks and tips.

We stayed at Parador as our first stop on honeymoon and what a great introduction to Costa Rica! The staff made us feel so welcome, and were super kind - we arrived to chocolate covered strawberries, a voucher for a couples massage, and a honeymoon card. Later in the trip the hotel kindly gifted us a bottle of bubbles by candlelight and flower petals in the evening, and a fruit basket. Special thanks to Stuart for arranging these lovely surprises during our stay.
We stayed in the garden suite and the room was lovely and spacious, as was the bathroom. We also really liked our little balcony area from which we saw howler monkeys, iguanas and even a racoon! The walking trails were also beautiful and abundant with wildlife.
The resort itself was super special - full of wildlife right on your doorstep! We saw 2 sloths every day in the tree by the pool, along with howler monkeys, frogs, toucans, eagles, vultures and 2 beautiful scarlet macaws. The pools were also gorgeous and so well kept, with lovely vegetation all around. The spa was also lovely, and we were greeted with a welcome drink, exclusive use of the facilities and the couples massage was so relaxing and romantic.
We enjoyed excellent cocktails, dinner, lunch and breakfasts and the staff service was excellent. Thank you Parador!

Beautiful breakfast view! Saw a rainbow 🌈 on our last day, I’m ready to go back.
Someone took my slippers at the pool 😁

The staff were super attentive and wanted to help those at the resort. Also the monkey trail was amazing. Beautiful location as well.
The road to the property is a little rough especially depending what time it is and who’s on the road, but it’s understandable.

the location is just amazing, such a nice view, it’s very quite and far from the busy center. The hotel has a big territory, which is also appreciated by 2 types of monkeys who come to eat mangos. We were also lucky to see the sloth family who visited the hotel and spent few days in the same mango tree, so we could really enjoy watching them. The personnel is very attentive and cares about the customers.
all was good, nothing bad to say.

Truly amazing hotel, very nicely located with amazing views of the jungle and sea. The personnel is really friendly and they do their utmost best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms are nice and clean, however we did have quite some big bugs and a cockroach in our room. This is normal regarding the fact you’re very close to nature, but keep this in mind if you don’t like that!

The place is paradise. Being able to spot all types of birds and a few monkeys from inside the swimming pool while enjoying a cold drink in the sun. The food was very very nice. The facilities were superb. The staff were super accommodating and even offered us a bathroom to have a shower after checking out. Amazing place!!

Wonderful Resort with great Pacific views, nice facilities, friendly staff, manicured territory and plentiful wild life. Free shuttle to national park and the beach. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Hotel restaurant is exceptional - dinners were great with delicious and very well presented food. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing - everything was great

Bed was very comfortable. TV had many selections in english & had good reception. Internet was also very good. Massage was heavenly. All f 👪ood was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would've loved to stay another night be there was not rooms available. Figures....
There was not warm water for shower one morning but they fixed that later in the day.
The drive getting here was hectic due to construction & not many signs directing. Thank goodness for GPS.

The setting was stunning, the pool lovely, the staff friendly and efficient. Great breakfast.
The beds in the family rooms were uncomfortable, every time someone moves in bed the other was bounced around. The family rooms are a bit small but this wasn't a problem as we were out most of the day. The drinks during happy hour were watered down.

Super Hotel. Great pool area, SPA, and little Jungel trail. I like that it is a bit outside and quiet. super restaurants with great food and music in the background. Definitely one of the top hotels for me there.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful meals. Amazing location.
The staff at the check in desk and at the opposite visitor’s information desk should coordinate better. Sat and waited for someone to come to visitors desk, only to give up and walk across to check in desk with 3 staff members; two who were not doing anything. That is after directed by the same staff to the visitors desk, who was staffed at the same time.
Was then helped in a friendly way.

The location, the resort itself, pool
Restaurant service need more training for staff! No napkins when drinks are served!? Please train all to serve "first come first serve"...
The torches on the Terase at the restaurant need to be replaced with some something else...Sells bad and smoke is eye irritating.
The Monkey Trail is not properly marked, easy to get confused...

Kids room need to be bigger with more things for kids to play with. also advertise the kids room more.

The hotel and the antiques and paintings, the scenery, the pool. The staff is very nice. There is a trail very well preserved and not dangerous, the Monkey Trail. That's a bonus. The golf car to the Biesanz Beach is other bonus! CONGRATULATIONS to the owners and staff!!
That our room hasn´t a View. The trail to Beach Biesanz is dangerous. I think is a matter of a negotiation with the local Government and the other owners of Hotels nearby to make a trail like the one you have inside the property, the Monkey Trail.

property was excellently located with host of facilities, staff were incredible and made us feel really special on our honeymoon.
only thing to pick at was the food/ service. Main restaurant was beautiful, the sushi and bar however didn’t quite achieve the same high standard and service was slightly slower. I’m nit picking here as it was still to the level you’d expect.
