Ik had er voor deze prijs meer van verwacht! Ligging is heel mooi, personeel niet klantvriendelijk

De ligging in de tropische tuin, de kleinschaligheid.

De receptie, bij aankomst ziet het er niet aantrekkelijk uit! We hadden het appartement geboekt, maar dit was zeer gehorig door de weg en boven de receptie. Het was erg donker, geen terras, gedateerd. We hebben kunnen ruilen naar 2 kamers gelukkig. Het personeel heeft weinig interesse (veel op telefoon) en lijkt chagrijnig.

Great place to stay - don’t let the outside fool you, the rooms are fab!

Room was fab (spacious, good air con, good storage) bathroom was a delight, breakfast stunning (Chia seeds & fruit; poached eggs with smashed avocado on sourdough, yum…!), bar area was good

Location was good but on the main road so parking could be tricky, paths could be slippy in the wet

JUST AWESOME!

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und gepflegt. In der Regenwald-"Parkanlage" tummeln sich verschiedene Affenfamilien und im Infinity-Pool fühlt man sich wie ein schwimmender Tarzan im Regenwald! Rundum können wir die sehr guten Bewertungen nur bestätigen! DANKE + gerne wieder!

Wenn etwas verbessert werden kann, dann die Stromversorgung der Region generell! Wir hatten ca. 6 Stromausfälle in 3 Tagen. Grundsätzlich ist das nicht problematisch, wenn es nicht auch die Klimaanlage ausschalten würde! Die bereits überall vorgesehene Notbeleuchtung (springt automatisch an) leuchtet dann halt auch in der Nacht im Zimmer und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Potentielle Lösung für diese ca. 5 - 30min dauernden Stromausfälle: Solar-PV Module auf die Dächer + Stromspeicher mit Insellösung! Saubere und langfristige Lösung!

Good location, friendly staff, great pool and animal watching!

The pool area was great with animals everywhere: it was like being in a small rainforest! Happy hour drinks were delicious and affordable! Most staff were lovely.

They charged us for extra coffee but never restocked our room for a 4 night stay. I ticked ‘no’ to room service every day but on the third day of the stay they were meant to change towels, top up room, etc. this did not happen. A few missed details from hotel unfortunately

Room a bit outdated and cleaning service should be included, but in a very good location.

The location of the hotel was in the center of Manuel António and you could walk to major stores and restaurants. The setting around the hotel was also amusing, integrated in the middle of the jungle together with the pool, even though we never used it. The breakfast was also good.

Our room was not comfortable, it was not renovated. We were given one of the last rooms far away from the entrance. Also, if we wanted to have our room cleaned, we had to pay an extra fee, and we were not notified of this when we we booked the room. I think the room was already pricy for it not to have cleaning included! I believe it was ok, but a bit overpriced for what we actually got.

Superbe hôtel

Hotel parfait. Chambre bien équipée et spacieuse, un parc superbe plein d'animaux une piscine bien agréable et un restaurant où l'on mange vraiement très bien. Nous étions six amis et tous avons le même avis sur cet hôtel, juste très bien. Une note pour le personnel, ils sont super sympa, agréable à l'écoute et prêt à rendre service si besoin.

Sehr schöne Anlage (Dschungel-Feeling und toller Pool) mit kleinen Häuschen mit wenigen Einheiten, großes und geräumiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

מלון קטן ומפנק. חדרים גדולים, נוחים, נקיים ומעוצבים בטוב טעם. המלון טובל בצמחייה, ובעלי חיים מסתובבים בשטחי המלון, בייחוד קופי סנאי. בריכה נעימה ומוצלת. מלון מאוד נעים.

הזמנו סיור בשמורה דרך המלון והמדריך לא היה מוצלח. בדיעבד הייתי מבקרת בשמורה ללא מדריך כי הסיור יקר ולא מצדיק את המחיר. מומלץ להזמין כרטיסים כמה ימים מראש.

Traumhafte Kulisse in ausgezeichnetem Hotel

Wir waren 8 Tage in diesem charmanten Hotel. Es liegt geschützt hinter der Strasse zum Manuel Antonio-Reservat. Eingebettet in einen wunderschönen Park mit täglichen Affen-, Iguna- und Agati-Besuchen erstreckt sich der herrliche Pool-/Restaurant-/ und Barbereich. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, gute Bäder, und große, private Terrassen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, gut ausgebildet, also einfach super. Die Restaurantküche, wie auch Qualität und Preis der Getränke waren sehr gut ! Hier kann man zu einem relativ guten Preis einen wunderschönen längeren Urlaub verbringen. Für das Hotel empfehlen wir 4****. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne her !

We loved the tropical garden in the hotel and the good food.

We loved the garden in the hotel that had tropical plants and animals. We liked the bungalow and the quiet surroundings. The staff was attentive to our needs as well.

The front entrance is not very attractive and doesn't do justice to the great inside space. It was a bit hard to lug our things up the stairs to the bungalow.

Lovely hotel with a excellent restaurant

The layout and that feeling of nature on your doorstep. The bar and staff were exceptional.

The septic tank smell that drifted into our room from time to time, it was reported to the girl at reception but with no apology we felt our concerns were not met.

Lovely little hotel with fabulous gardens, great staff and amazing wildlife

Great little hotel with gardens full of wildlife, really enjoyed our two night stay and would recommend to other travellers. Room was spacious and airy, with a mosquito net, which was a bonus as I tend to get eaten alive! Pool was great to cool down in. Staff were lovely, cheerful and very helpful, typical of Costa Rica really :)

Restaurant heeft een mooi menu. Ontbijt veel keuze.

Toch te ver weg van strand en national park. Beter een hotel nemen beneden in Quepos. Zwembad van de buren: veel jeugd en dus veel lawaai. Hotel ontvangt grote groepen wat uiteraard veel lawaai met zich meebrengt in bar en restaurant en aan het zwembad. In het restaurant vaak n onaangename geur. Dat lossen ze dan op met wierook of gaan ze rond met een wc speay

Leuk verblijf gehad in Manuel Antonio.

Ik hou van de kleinschaligheid. De kamer is eigenlijk een soort van bungalow kamer in de tuin. Heel fijn. Leuk zwembadje erbij. Prima ontbijt, aardig personeel.

Het bed is vrij hard. Verder wel prima geslapen.

Relaxing, wonderful amenities, lush grounds, monkeys visit and very morning and great amenities! Loved it!

Resort type feeling, all amenities you would need, great breakfast included, monkeys come every morning to great you in the trees outside your room, nice pool and oasis lush grounds, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, very nice and helpful staff.

Some maintenance is needed in the bathroom as the humidity has done a number on facilities, but a I’ll overall a wonderful hotel and experience.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at The Falls. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. At the restaurant, we really liked the breakfast, but also the other meals were delicious. What we liked most was the garden with the numerous wild animals that you can see there. Every morning, there was a group of monkeys playing on the trees and the roofs. By bus we could easily reach the beach, quepos and the national park.

We loved the cleanliness of the room. It was very comfortable. The garden grounds were amazing. We were lucky enough to book the private cabin, and we felt like we were in our own little oasis. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly. We plan to stay here again!

Good hotel, but be aware of the offered activities

Nice well-located hotel with big and cozy rooms and a small but interesting garden. Very good breakfast with gluten free options. Generally friendly and helpful staff.

The staff should verify the offered tours; we tried the mangrove boat tour that turned out to be a tourist trap with the guide feeding the semi-domesticated monkeys.

Great place

The hotel was clean. The staff are professional, friendly and competent. We typically had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Service at the restaurant was good, so was the food. The menu’s were a little limited though but I’d rather have that and good food than a larger choice with average food. The staff went above and beyond expectations when it came to helping their guests.
