This holiday home has eight bedrooms with TVs over four floors including four doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor double, two family rooms with en-suites and another family room, along with a bathroom, a ground-floor shower room, a third-floor cloakroom, two sitting rooms, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Outside, there is a rear yard and off-road parking for six-eight cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. Please note that all the rooms have keypad entry and some rooms have eaves, please take care. 23 Deganwy Avenue is a fabulous base for a large gathering with friends and family.

There are two outstanding beaches in the town: the North Shore, which has a wide promenade backed by an impressive crescent of Victorian hotels, and the quieter West Shore, which has miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and amazing views of Anglesey. However, for the best views, you can take the Great Orme Tramway or an exhilarating over-a-mile cable car ride to the summit of the 679ft Great Orme. The promenade is only a short distance from the town's excellent collection of stores, pubs, restaurants, and cafés.

The property was great - enjoyed stay. Problems in arrival - unable to enter living room , no internet, yard bins all full - 2 hours on phone to 6 staff members on arrival whilst alarm is bleeping . Before departure all rubbish placed in bin bags - destroyed by seagulls / crows had to brush up all debris and bag up again .
Intitial booking was disaster - unable to book / pay for first/second choice accommodation , as fully booked ??? I booked an alternative- next day 2staff members phoned to ask why I wanted 3 properties for same date - annoyed unable to get first choice accommodation because of computer mix up and unable to do so when error was realised
