What an amazing location, and still quiet! Loved our stay!

Superb

The apartment is spacious and very quiet, in spite of being right in the centre of Orvieto. There's also a nice terrace. The manager was very responsive and called us beforehand to give us directions with the car.

They offer a baby cot for 5€ per night (my personal opinion as a parent: I dislike when they don't provide it for free, and it's not for the price, but for the feeling of being a less welcomed guest). It's on the first floor with no stairs. Safety issue: there are a few steps in the apartment. If you have a toddler, you constantly have to keep an eye on that.

Beautiful apartment in the center

A very nice apartment located very central, right near a nice restaurant we had a delightful dinner in. Our daughter loved the baby bed with the nice bedding. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very nice and friendly too. We will book this place again for our next Orvieto trip .

Wifi reception could be better, it was only working near the entrance door on my phone.

The location was great, the location was clean. The apartments are not very large but pleasent. The furniture is relativly new and well kept.

The kitchen equiptment is very basic, and could use some enrichment.

One of our best staying, back for sure!

The host was very kind, happy to help and flexible. The Apartment is cozy and clean, located right in the center makes you enjoy the most of the city. Highly reccommended!

Bare bones quiet apartment.

Excellent location. Very quiet. Air conditioning. Comfy bed

It's just an apartment rental. There were absolutely no amenities other than a few shampoo packets. No coffee, tea, or breakfast. A bottle of tap water in the refrigerator. No communication at all from the host before my stay.

This is a large apartment located in the center of town on a quiet side street. Very comfortable beds, and very good AC . I would not hesitate to book again.

Superb

Clean and Comfortable apartment with 2 big bedrooms and windows. Excellent location, few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants and The Duomo. The owner is friendly and very helpful to answer all the questions. In our next visit to Orvieto, we will stay at Urbevetus again.

Superb

Comfortable and cozy apartment. The kitchen has all you need to make coffee, breakfast or other meals. Excellent location, few minutes to restaurants, bars, shops and The Duomo. The owner is friendly and helpful. When we visit Orvieto again, we will stay at Urbevetus.

The bathroom is small.

Good location, limited wifi

Great location just off the main pedestrian street and near the duomo. Comfortable apartment. Parking available in reserved slot in underground parcheggio - 10 minutes walk and down the lift.

You need the parking pass to get into the parcheggio and to get out again - and then have to leave the pass at the cassa - which means walking back, fine if it';s fine but nuisance if it's raining. Wifi only worked in the bedroom not in the sitting area or dining table
