About this house rental

A warm and cozy house with lots of sunshine and cool ocean breezes. A great home and location to get away from it all. Fill your day with shopping, site-seeing or wine tasting. Jump in the ocean or take a walk at sunset then come home and rinse off in the outside shower. For dinner eat out, order in, or create something wonderful in the Tully stocked kitchen. Come stay with us!

Front yard is fenced in so children and pet can roam around safely. The deck offers a great place to enjoy your breakfast, relax and read a book or BBQ.

A 5-15 minute walk gets you to Shoreline park, Leadbetter beach, SB harbor and restaurants. A 5 minute drive or less takes you to Lazy Acres, a gourmet grocery store, to State Street for fabulous shopping or to our lovely Zoo.

We loved Sunny's house and would definitely return. It's well-furnished, had plenty of space for our foursome, was clean, and the kitchen was well-provisioned. It's a great home base for exploring Santa Barbara and beyond. Recommend!

We visit Santa Barbara every few months and always rent a house. Sunny’s house was great for our group of 5, and the dinning room table was comfortable and fun for the seven people who celebrated my birthday. The house has a lot of character, great windows, comfortable furniture and quality linens, dishes and pots/pans. We cooked a fair amount. The extras in terms of driveway parking, washer/dryer and good lighting throughout made our stay very easy. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much!

The home is much more spacious than we thought from looking at it online and has a great sitting area and deck off the main bedroom. You can walk to Leadbetter Beach in 10-12 minutes and the downtown State Area and the Funk Zone are only a 5-7 minute drive. We plan to stay again when we are in Santa Barbara!

This house has history! Every detail is gorgeous and immaculate, from the Saltillo tile floors to the beautiful gardens. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the perfect weather. 5/5 recommend.

We stayed with a group of five friends. The house was beautiful, well appointed and had everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood but still close enough to walk to where ever we needed to go. Highly recommended!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of 6. The house is so unexpectedly adorable with so many picture-perfect details, like all the skylights, french doors, and beautiful patios, & outdoor plants! There was plenty of room, privacy, & everything we needed! We walked down to the beach several times. The location was perfect. We found plenty of quaint coffee shops and restaurants close by with Savoy being our favorite!

We were in Santa Barbara for my son's wedding and needed space to accommodate our family. This house was everything we hoped for and more! So charming, with plenty of room for everyone and lovely gardens. It's close to beach and walking paths and convenient to downtown. We hope to return!

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of this property. There is a lot of outdoor space, and we never felt cramped whether inside or out. The kitchen is fully equipped. We were attending our son’s wedding and would love to return to this location.

This was a very comfortable house for our extended family of 3 generations with the youngest members being 4 and 6. There were multiple outdoor seating areas for eating or just hanging out in the sun. This is our second stay here and will certainly return in the future.

From the start of booking everything was great. Communication was perfect. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We had 2 families and the way the rooms and bathrooms are spaced was perfect. The house is located in the best location to get to everything. When we visit Santa Barbara again we will be seek out this rental again.

This Shoreline Park area property was perfect for our needs. We could walk through the neighborhood and down to the beach from this home. We also were a short drive to area shopping and many restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the home was clean and uncluttered with nice size rooms. Their yard was fenced and nicely landscaped with many outside sitting areas and a nice table for eating. For us the only drawback was the backyard bbq required the houseguest to fill the provided propane tank. We drove sedans and didn’t want to transport a tank in our vehicles. This property is very nice. We would stay here again.

Loved this adorable house. Lots of rooms and porches to spread out into/onto and have a quiet moment or get together in the living room. Side porch is a great place to eat outside. Neighborhood is convenient and beach, groceries, and restaurant are all walkable.

House is in a perfect location, close to everything. Larger than it appeared in the pictures. The house and the beds were very comfortable. There is a private patio off of every bedroom and the kitchen. Perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The house was equipped with every amenity that you could possibly need or want. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

Sunny’s place was exactly what my girlfriends and I needed for our getaway. The home is immaculate, the neighborhood quiet, and the distance to the beach can’t be beat! The pictures don’t do justice to the spacious home, each bedroom with its own doors out to the patios that surround the house.

The house and area are amazing. The pictures online don’t do the house justice. The home is much more beautiful than expected. Stayed there for three nights for my friends wedding with my partner and parents. The house was everything and more. The beds are very comfortable and the lighting in the house is amazing, you barely have to turn on the lights. The house is very clean and can accommodate multiple people if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful, in a great neighborhood near the beach and other shoreline amenities. Easy walks to the college, beach, shoreline parks and trail, and the marina and breakwater. There were plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked. I would echo other reviewers who wrote that it is deceptively large -- it was more than enough for our 4-person family. Our only suggestion (with kids 8 and 11) is that the house could use more board games or other household entertainments. All in all, we loved it and had a great stay.

We had the Best Family Vacation! All communication, from Check in - Check out went smoothly! The house has a wonderful homey vibe and was the Cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in.💕 It was Perfect! Our 2 dogs loved the sunny decks to lounge on and our 1 year old granddaughter enjoyed it as much as us, it’s a great house for all ages. The easy 10 min walk to the Beach was an added Plus+++

This house was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The online pictures do not do justice to this house. This home house so roomy, clean and in the perfect location. There were so many spots throughout the house and in the yard to snap pictures and for all of to get ready for my son’s wedding. Plenty of room for us, we felt we had lots of room. Enjoyed our stay!

The house is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Our group consisted of three couples so three bedrooms and bathrooms was a must. This is the first time we have shared a house and it worked very well!
