5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, featuring steam showers, radiant floor heating & lovely tile work.
Main level: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bed/1 bath is a master suite), laundry room, living room, kitchen, and dining room.
Terrace level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with stacked laundry unit, desk space, and living room/dining room.
Upstairs level: Master suite - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, nook with gas fireplace, and 2 twin beds.
There are 2 Queen pullout sofas (one in each living room).
The kitchen comes fully stocked to cook and serve meals.
Fresh linens, towels, and daily essentials are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.).
Each bathroom has a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Charming outdoor spaces replete with patios, decks, fencing, garden shed & stone walls. Generous off-street parking with a circular drive behind. Walk or bike to parks and trails nearby.

North Downtown is one of the premier neighborhoods in Charlottesville. We are close to the Downtown Pedestrian Mall, UVA, Martha Jefferson, fine dining, outdoor activities, historic landmarks, and local vineyards. Our neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and full of friendly people. Davis Field, 5 acre park, 4 minute walk away. Davis Field connects to Northeast Park, which is only an additional 1 minute walk. We are 0.4 miles from the Charlottesville Skate Park located in McIntire Park.
