You will be in a beautiful and relaxing area near restaurants, parks, fishing, and ski slopes. Some great attractions you can find nearby include Rose Walk, Vance Street Park, Deep Creek Tube Center, Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum, Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, and Cataloochee Ski Area. Also, day trips to Dollywood (72 miles) and Pigeon Forge (68 miles).
In addition to an unbeatable location, you are also granted access to a variety of entertaining community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, and the historic Lake Junaluska Golf Course, a fun and challenging par-68, 18-hole course with scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mts and Lake Junaluska. Opened in 1919, the course now spans 5,108 yards and is open to the public year-round.
Upon entering, you will encounter a beautifully updated open floor plan with all new flooring (wood and carpet), roof, and HVAC system. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfy seating and a smart TV so you can stay up to date with your favorite series and movies. The deck boasts a convenient BBQ area with an outdoor dining table and a Blackstone gas griddle - perfect for summertime cookouts! This mountain-view home also provides you with mini-surge protectors with USB ports in each bedroom for charging your phone/computer and board games.

The outdoor pool is open daily, weather permitting, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
