Reay House is an imposing and characterful Victorian villa situated in its own landscaped gardens, superbly presented throughout.. 1 step to entrance.

Large lawned garden with pario and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Reay House has been stylishly modernised, whilst retaining many original features. All of the rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings and solid wood floors to the ground floor. An impressive sweeping staircase leads up to the first floor, where there are four generously-proportioned bedrooms, two double bedrooms, both with en-suites, and two twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes to store all your belongings. The family bathroom with shower over bath completes the first floor. Outside there is a landscaped garden with mature trees and shrubs, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst you plan your day ahead.
The Victorian seaside town of Nairn has a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes, as well as a larger supermarket, which is just an 8-minute drive away, on the edge of the town. There are two stunning beaches within a mile of the property, as well as renowned Nairn links golf course, which welcomes visitors.
There are numerous places of interest, including Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battlefied, Fort George and a large nature reserve that runs along the coastline where bottle nosed dolphins are regularly seen in the area. Sailing, kayaking, fishing, coastal and woodland walks all on the doorstep.Situated close to the centre of Nairn and within easy walking distance of all the amenities this charming seaside town has to offer, making Reay House the ideal base for either a relaxing family holiday or something more exciting.
