Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed at in all our times. Traveling to Gatlinburg Tennessee. The hotel is gorgeous! It's a brand new resort just built in 2024. There's heated pools so are kids got to swim in the dead of winter! We saw black bears walking around and coyotes and also boars, that's right. Hogs roaming around the forest tree line! This place is awesome and it's right in the middle of everything for Gatlinburg! Beautiful resort!

Hotel was really nice. Enjoyed our family vacation. Everything was really clean , hotel and grounds are very pretty . The pet potty area in the parking lot could be relocated closer-to the hotel or to a safer location, due to the bears. By the water isn’t the best to be especially at night with bears roaming. Picture is on by the pool area .

Check in was a nightmare. They tell us yes the room is ready. It’s 3:00, cool we get to check in little bit early. Several hotels have let us check in a bit before 4 if it’s ready. We get our stuff it’s now 3:15. Come back and they say nope it’s not ready have a seat. We’re super confused, their excuse is we texted housekeeping and they aren’t responding. A hotel this size is operating this way? There’s not a system of checking off a room that’s ready. They wouldn’t walk up or call someone to go check now that they’ve had us go get our luggage. The attitude was not customer service geared. Also the Hilton app said our room was ready and told me to verify my ID with the front desk to access my virtual key. Due to the poor attitude and over all lack of helpfulness and getting us now checked in after 4:00 and watching them let others get checked in, there’s other choices out there. There were zero friendly or helpful people. If you’re in to the bare minimum for customer service this is the hotel for you. We were not the only unhappy customers as we watched several others come in and have issues that were handled poorly. Pool had tons of leaves, lazy river looked very unkept the walls looked like they needed scrubbed. No one told us anything about breakfast provided, I read that for my self. I would think at check in your going to give a run down to what the hotel offers.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were offered a complementary room upgrade just to be nice (we didn’t even ask for it). Gorgeous rooms. Delicious, full breakfast. Outdoor fire pit was warm and welcoming at night and at early morning. Great pool and outdoor space. Next trip we hope to stay much longer.

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities. There’s a bear issue here and the hot tub was the same temp as pools (warmish). They do have a pretty good free breakfast, but run out of stuff quickly and toasters were only halfway working.

Property is new and clean, but lazy river and pool look bigger in the pictures. 2 queen bed room, could easily convert into 2 rooms for privacy, but beware bathroom has a barn door that cannot be locked completely from one side. Our room also had broken bathroom door handle making it even harder to close. Overall good stay but not excellent.

The hotel overall was nice, because it's few months old. Big outdoor pool with a slide. Nice hot tub. Lazy river relaxing and warm. Indoor pool very cold. Cornhole and firepit nice. Indoor courtyard relaxing and nice. Breakfast good, but had better at other embassy suites.. omelettes not as good. Kitchen staff not overly friendly. Room was clean, but too small for 4 people. The single king with pullout couch made little room to move with 4 people. The whole set up of the room was terrible.. tv location bad . .. closet door open into only aisle walkway. No bathtub. Balcony had mismatched chair, it looked like they dragged it up from conference room. Mini kitchen convenient to have sink outside bathroom. Overall room overpriced for size and comfort

The entrance to get to the hotel is confusing at first. It is a new facility that is clean and spacious. The outdoor amenities are beautiful. It was in a convenient location for getting in and out of the town. It was just barely walkable into town if you haven’t been hiking all day.

On the phone I was told I could get a wheelchair, but when we arrived, they did not have one. Never did get one. Had to sit on the "one chair" balcony to watch my grandkids in the pool. I could not walk there. We had 2 adults, 4 kids. In the tiny room, there was only 1small trash container in the bathroom which overflowed; none in the kitchen area. There were only 2 cheap paper cups for drinking water. Very tiny room for the price. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton property.

Everything about this hotel is top of the line. The room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast items were great - both selection and taste. The afternoon reception was an added benefit that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved our stay. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of places to sit outside. Cornhole and Yard Yahtzee out. I could have stayed in the lazy river all day long! The made to order omelets were a surprise and the happy hour was especially great when we were doing late dinners.

Kimber was amazing!!!! I had called a few times trying to get early check in as we had four young children and were traveling 8 hours. She made it happen. Removed so much stress thanks kimber!

New hotel, clean and fresh. Staff is visible and friendly and making sure you're satisfied. Very good breakfast, had a daily happy hour, both courtesy. Pool was great as was lazy river and hot tub.
