The room was a little “tired”, needing some updating. Well equipped but an outlet by the mirror in the room would be helpful. Bathroom was small for 2 people trying to get ready each day. Food choices slim. Coffee in the room was good.
Employees were very nice and helpful. Thank you.

I liked everything about the hotel with the exception of the extremely high cost of overnight parking.

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights for the Toronto Waterfront Marathon that my husband was participating in and we enjoyed the city view! The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

The only restaurant to eat in was totally in the lobby. Noisy and dusty. As there was a marathon of 30,000 people in Toronto it obviously was crazy busy. Otherwise the lounge up high in the sky was a cost of $150.00 just to be there. Madness.

Staff could be more helpful on front desk at check in and when questions asked. Noise from construction in city audible from room so first night difficult to sleep but this is an issue across the city.
Lovely room with comfy beds and quiet air conditioning

Nicely located near downtown attractions like CN Tower, Hockey HoF, Aquarium, Dundas Square. Many places to eat, shop, and drink nearby.
Walls were thin - could hear noisy neighbors loudly and clearly. Guests were noisy in hallways late at night.
Bar drinks were great but pricey.
Elevators were sometimes not working properly but overall elevator access to higher floors were not a problem.
Help at the front desk was good, if you didn't have to wait in line.
Biggest gripe: We asked them to call us a cab when we got back from touring the city, and they had a car waiting for us. Seemed great until they escorted us into a Mercedes SUV that charged us a fortune to go to Billy Bishop Airport which within (long) walking distance - easily $40-50 more than a cab. Felt scammed.
Oh, that at the pillows - way too soft. They crush down to nothing.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean and not outdated. Staff was excellent from the assistance outside upon our arrival to the front desk, where Tania took care of me and my family. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant. We were given information about the restaurants, tours and available services nearby the Sheraton. Housekeeping was always on point. I recommend this hotel if you’re ever traveling to Toronto.

Stayed here over the long weekend with our two young kids and upgraded to the club level.
The club lounge here is impeccable - well worth the additional cost. The evening appetizers were varied and delicious, the staff were wonderful, and the space and views were top notch!
Overall, the stay was great and the location was perfect for us.
The pool was the biggest let down. We booked the hotel specifically for the rooftop pool based on the beautiful photos posted of the loungers, hoping for a bit of a resort feel with our water-loving kids. Found out when we arrived to swim that the two rows of loungers closest to the pool had to be paid for (an additional cost of over $80 per day, for two loungers, bottles of water and ‘snacks’). Outrageous. A member of staff told me it’s usually just one row reserved, but they increase to two rows on long weekends. Hardly ANY were being used. After charging a premium room rate of over $700 a night, that additional charge felt ridiculous and such a tone-deaf money-grab. The only ‘free’ loungers that were available were separated from the pool, which was super inconvenient with kids. I was really annoyed. We ended up at the pool a lot less because of it.
Tip: if you have young kids/early bedtimes, check to see if there’s anything happening in Nathan Phillips Square. We didn’t know there was a festival that had music blaring until 11pm - I’d have requested a room on the other side if known.

Carafiesta occuring across the street.Music noise intrusive into room facing Queen Street.Spoke to Reception that decibel level too high so room facing the noise should not be provided.Noise on 25th floor made telephone conversation difficulty.Unable to relax.Would have changed room if we were staying more than one night.Previous visits to same wider on 21st floor were enjoyable.City should limit sound level for event!
