Loved it. Amazing room, building and amenities in the lobby. Already booked to come back!

A lot of external noises. The ceiling was leaking at 4.30am on to the bed, the receptionist wasn’t very apologetic and didn’t seem too concerned that there was a bad leak, but did move us to another room. The corridor had a strong smell and the extractor fan was so loud in the bathroom, we struggled to get back to sleep.
The rooms are nice and the bed was comfy but the stay was ruined by the disturbances we experienced

I usually stay here when in Manchester, however this time I wished I’d stayed elsewhere. The temperature in the room was unbelievably hot, and even though I adjusted the temperature it seemed to switch back to boiling several times overnight.
The pillows were truly AWFUL my neck is still hurting from sleeping on them. The options were rock hard or truly solidly 100% rock hard. AWFUL.
Even though the walls in the place appear 3 ft wide, I could hear every work the people in the next room were saying, which was fun when they stayed up all night.
All in all a bad, bad nights sleep, which frankly is what you’re paying for.

Refurb was noisy and room was hard to find. Even ended up using a service stairwell as nothing was sign posted. Noisy pipes and loud squeaky sound every few minutes from 6.30am on floor 4 and floor 5 rooms - told the reception as did my colleague but they didn't seem to care. Lobby space is nice and room was clean but unfortunately got a poor sleep because of the above. Hardly any plugs in the room and all positioned in weird places, same with mirrors, not full length only one for getting ready / doing hair was above the bed, hard to see and hard to reach.

Great converted warehouse building, with big, comfortable and stylish rooms. The staff were very helpful and the bar had great cocktails.

I’ve been here to the restaurant, but never considered staying before. This was my fiery time, and I will definitely stay again. It’s an absolute gem of a location.

An excellent hotel choice, my new favorite in Manchester as a frequent traveler. The rooms are spacious and nice, the staff friendly, and check-in is a breeze. It's a trendy place that combines a hotel, restaurant, bar, and car park with various businesses – an all-in-one establishment. However, don't use the hotel car park; £40/night is taking the mickey, and if you don't pay within 15 minutes of entering, a £100 fine will incur. Instead, use one of the neighboring car parks just outside the hotel for £7.95 for 24 hours.

Very accomidating business. Great aura and vibe for a wonderfully redeveloped historical building. Convenient location to the main rail station, historical center of the city, and places for food and drinks. Genuinely just an overall great place to stay. The people at the counter were simply awesome, THANK YOU!

The property is fantastic especially the staff.,they are so friendly & helpful. We got upgraded to a penthouse as it was our son's 18th birthday. The only very tiny thing i would say is about the shower it is so small & the shower is aiming in the narrowest part other than that fantastic 😀

In a fantastic conversion of an old warehouse our apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The beds were huge and really comfortable. Downstairs the Ducie Street Warehouse is a great mix of bar, restaurant and other entertainment options. The food was fantastic and (with the exception of one of the hotel receptionists) all the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Stayed here before, this time booking a suite. I had an alright stay but there were a few things on this stay that just didn't live up to expectations.
First of all, no TV service for the two nights of my stay. Fault with the whole hotel apparently. Though technical issues happen, this was not communicated by reception staff on check in and when I was advised I could use Chromecast naturally I tried it but that didn't work as expected either. The better part of £300 for serviced apartments a functioning TV is very much a must for that price.
I had four interactions with reception staff, check in/out and once to ask about the TV signal and then to ask for spare towels the following day. On each interaction I felt as though I was interrupting their day. They were not overly friendly or welcoming which was a shame and doesn't reflect the staff that I remember from my previous visit.
In terms of a good nights sleep my suite was located to the front of the hotel facing Ducie Street. Be warned if you are on this side of the hotel you WILL be woken at around 6am by waste management services, I was on both nights. Again I suspect this is out of control of the hotel to a degree but providing disposable earplugs I'd consider a must.
Ultimately the hotel is lovely, I would still consider staying here again though probably not in a suite. I don't see the value for money in the upgrade from one of the more standard rooms.
Unfortunately just not the best stay on this occasion.

Best group of hotels in the uk. Nothing is ever too much and nothing is ever too small. I love the hotels ( Native group ) the space and comfort you get is off the charts. You always feel like it’s a home away from home and this isn’t a paid review by the way. I’ve been stopping in Native hotels with my partner now for around about the last 3/4 years and we have never looked back. It’s always our go too hotel where ever we are stopping. The amount of times we have been surprised with a free upgrade or a free glass of wine/alternative drink at the bar is quite a few times now.
