This is more of a motel than a hotel. Walls / doors are paper thin, you can hear people’s conversations and TVs. Nothing much for breakfast. Building smells weird, chemicals, BO, pool and smoke. I was travelling alone for work and every night they had to put a new family with loud kids beside me. Teens running in the halls yelling and people hang outside your door to have loud conversations. Don’t come here for peace and quiet. No workout room.

This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. There was a hockey team staying and the staff could not contain them. The parents were partying and drinking in the lobby while the kids ran through the halls yelling and shouting. The first night until 12:30 a.m. and the 2nd night until 1:30 a.m. In fact, when I told the kids to stop and the parents backed the kids, the kids proceeded to throw ice cubes at our door. We couldn't get in contact with the clerk on our 1st night for 45 mins and had to call the Days Inn head office for them to call before he contacted us. In the morning, when we were going to try to find a different hotel for our 2nd night, we were told, this wouldn't happen again. That they would keep it under control that 2nd night and offered us 50% off for the Friday night, but it happened worse the 2nd night. They wouldn't give us a discount for the 2nd night and in fact, after speaking with the manager, she had the audacity to basically pit me against the clerk on the phone because I said the clerk promised it wouldn't happen again and the poor clerk was left to lie or else I'm sure he'd be worrying about his job. Our room was also placed in the middle of the hockey block. And, on top of that, the jacuzzi was basically a bath tub as the jets are so low that they're hardly working. Again, stay here if you want, but ask if there are any blocked rooms for teams because the management won't do anything to stop the noise.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. When you get to the lobby everything looks fine and is very clean. The night staff worker was really nice and friendly. However, the second I got to my room (which was really hard to find because of the strange layout of the hotel and where the elevator is), I immediately smelt something so strange. It was like herbs and cooking but not in a nice way. Mixed with mold or mildew. The room was clean but I noticed a few stains on sheets and thought that was strange. The heater had black mold inside the vent flaps which was also disgusting because that means I’m breathing that in now. The tv was so grainy and blurry and the remote was barely alive because the batteries needed to be changed. But what was the most appalling was when I woke up the next morning to a housekeeper OPENING MY DOOR at exactly 10:15 am while I’m laying in bed. Checkout is at 11, and usually can be pushed to around 12 before they charge an additional amount. The fact that someone walked into my room while I was asleep in my underwear is absolutely insane. I would be understanding if they assumed I was gone and it was past 11, and nobody answered to a knock on the door. But this was not the case at all. The housekeeper literally just opened the door and yelled “housekeeping” and I had to tell them to leave because I was in bed with no clothes on. I would personally like a refund for this terrible stay, as I have never experienced this behaviour at a hotel ever in my life.

Very dirty and not well kept. Only managed to sleep for 30 min because of how disgusting it was. I felt itchy laying down on the bed.

Very convenient to the highway, shopping restaurants and to where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to see grip bars in the tub/shower and towel racks that are not above the commode. People with anthric knees and hips like me, have a hard time getting into and out of the tub without those grip bars. I am a fall risk.

Was a typical room. I laughed at the sign in the bathroom telling me that the towels had been accounted for. They were too thin for anyone to want to steal anyway, but whatever.

Good location with access to highway 401 and short drive into downtown. Facility itself has had a facelift in some areas but is fairly dated overall. It was clean, and it suited our needs for an overnight stop and brief tourist visit of Kingston.

Our room was great. Loved the shower and hot water. The staff were always so helpful. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. The jets were not working very well and not really hot. So handy to a great restaurant One Eyed Jack's. If we every went back to Kingston we would stay there again if price is right.

When we arrived at 430pm we were told our room wasn't ready and to give them 2min to finish cleaning. Upon entering our room there was a tootsie roll wrapper on the floor beside the bed.
Monday morning breakfast a white female worker yelled at a younger Indian female worker for the duration of us being at breakfast. She yelled at her 3 separate occasions in the back room but was easily heard into the front of the lobby (once about dish water temperature, once for a looong time but unintelligible, once about keeping her work area clean).
Breakfast service was limited. A pancake maker that needs constant supervision and troubleshooting; toast, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, unripe fruit, cereal, homemade bug catcher in the open beside the coffee maker. The employees are terrible at keeping up with replenishing supply. Not once in 3 days was the apple juice available upon arrival. The highchair we used for our baby was dirty with yogurt 3 days after our baby ate in it.
The a/c in our room had a slow leak. The carpet was wet about 3sq ft beside the bed. I assume this is a known problem as the wall was also water damaged.

Very friendly staff. Average facility. Ceiling coming down in one part of our room. Limited breakfast.

The cleaness of room was good, completely renovated
The breakfast was very poor, lower than expectation as a basic breakfast
The cold hard-boiled egg, which could easily be understood from its taste and firmness, was stored in the refrigerator since the previous day, most of the containers had broken edges, which is not good for hygiene, insufficient food for the number of guests on the weekend. The breakfast table was very poor
No shower in the pool area

We did not feel welcome when we walked in the door. The desk manager took his time coming to us and spoke very quickly. We had to go back to ask where the elevator was and when we found it, it absolutely reeked of body odour. Our room was way down the hallway, with a tiny window which needed a good cleaning.
The next morning, our complimentary breakfast was disappointing - there was no bacon or sausages and the pancake maker had a line up to do a single one at a time.
There were no towels for the pool and no working shower. We tried the water but it was really cold, so I turned the jets on for the hot tub, which barely made a ripple. We sat in there for a while, but noticed there was a slight scum on the surface of the water.
Random men hanging out at the back entrance which was closest to our room.

Hotel was filthy and in disrepair
Our room smelled TERRIBLE
notified staff immediately, they sprayed it with an awful air freshener trying to cover the smell while we were out for dinner.
We left as soon as we returned and went to another hotel. We couldn’t even spend 5 minutes in the room.
Absolutely disgusting

At first glance, the rooms are lovely! I was pleasantly surprised. But, look a little closer and there was mould around the bathtub sealant, a large crack in the bathroom sink which did not drain well. Our door had a large gap between the door and the frame, so we could hear everything going on. It was fine, for the price, it was just a shame that they seem to have let things go to due to neglect.

I picked this hotel for the hot tub. It was cold and the jets barely came on Had I known I would of stayed else where

The breakfast was very sparse. Not up to par with other breakfast included motels.

Check in was easy. Hotel is ok but the beds were uncomfortable couldn’t sleep all night. For the high price they charge they should invest in new beds at least.
Not that many options for breakfast they can do better.
