Nestled in the vibrant tapestry of Devon’s countryside, this simply stunning Grand-Designs home stands as a beacon of delight with its unique interiors and style. The escape itself sits just off the wider vineyard and farm hosting a fine eatery, shop and play area. But fret not, the home has all the exclusivity you could ask for with that sprinkle of luxury on top. Sitting just 1.5 miles away from the nearby antique capital of the South West, Honiton, made famous by lace and pottery, the town boasts spectacular surrounding countryside and local beauty spots including Hembury Fort (4 miles) and Blackbury Camp (3 miles). You also have the golden South Devon coast within 10 miles, including popular seaside towns Sidmouth and Seaton, or more tranquil beaches at Branscombe or Beer. The South West Coast Path connects all of these, offering picture-postcard sea views, in which four-pawed friends are sure to equally enjoy if you decide to let them tag along.

Furthermore, when it’s time to soak and renew, there is a family bathroom upstairs with free-standing bath, separate shower and WC, In addition to a further shower room downstairs equalling three bathrooms in total.
