The hotel was centrally located and the breakfast was decent

I did not like how staff were not able to resolve an issue. I wanted to switch hotels and offered to pay for one night so I could leave the following day and their policy changed on the fly. Initially they told me I would be charged for an additional night so I said I would stay the extra night and leave the following day. Then they told me I had to make the changes through booking because it was beyond their control. I made changes through booking and booking confirmed it was the hotel's decision. Then they told me I needed to give 24 hours notice which I did and finally they told that because I reserved for 3 days, if I left earlier they would have to charge me an extra day. The thing is, I had prepaid for my stay because they originally were not open to charging just for the first night. Clearly they were more interested in securing the one time sale than having a returning customer and they succeeded.

Some remarks but over all recommended

Well located in city center of Zamora, free (valet) parking facility, comfortable beds, clean, friendly personnel. Good value for money.

Lack of good (quiet) ventilation options, either use the noisy bathroom ventilation or open a little window to the inside hall, but noises in and outside hotel already penetrated easily in the rooms with that window closed. One room with queensize bed reserved but same size as the 'matrimonial' beds in the other two rooms. One of these two rooms significantly smaller than the other and with less storage possibilities, but same price.

front desk staff were really pleasant… even though I had to activate my room key everyday when I got to my room it never

breakfast rules on how they made you feel you had to eat fast because they had the table reserved or on how you could eat certain food only or had to pay extra…. breakfast wasn’t pleasant

I am claiming refund for this horrible room. Please, return me my money back.

Horrible place with toilet behind glass in the middle of the room. And with very small windows facing the stairs. I travelled with my teen son. We couldn't use toilet. Because there is no privacy with such toilet We had to go outside and use toilet next to cantina. And it was no table inside room. Instead of table there was third bed with wheels. Like in hospital And it's horribly expensive.

Good choice in a central location

Nice hotel right down the block from the Zocalo. Our room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. The included breakfast was very good.

The parking is several blocks away and there is no designated spot to temporarily park your car and unload your bags. A gap in the windows allowed mosquitoes in, which were buzzing around my ears when trying to sleep.

A quiescent stay

I love the kindness of the staff, the A/C that helped through a cold night, the spacious shower and the comfortable bed.

The only thing I didn't like wad not having a safe box in the room.
