Beautiful property and location. The owner and staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. It's a great alternative to a standard hotel.
Nothing. There was a slight mix up with our reservation but that ended up getting a free upgrade to their honeymoon deluxe sweet, so no complaints here!

Yummy breakfast in bed, jacuzzi in our room,
Ko coffee or tea in our room. I asked for hot water and the staff said she will request it from the kitchen. Waited for 30 mins just for the hot water

I liked the room with balcony and preferred view that I paid for, and spa tub when I got to enjoy it on the second night of two nights during my wife’s birthday weekend. First night we were mistakenly put into the basement room, tiny, with no view.
Didn’t like the basement room on the first night because I paid for the top floor king suite with preferred view and spa tub. Showed up to a tiny room in the basement. Made the call to hotel staff and was moved to another basement room that was bigger yes but no view and not what I booked and paid for and was told it was an upgrade and not charged extra for it. And to go somewhere else if we didn’t like it… not ideal for a surprise trip for my wife’s birthday

This property was amazing & rustic. The included breakfast that is delivered to your room was a beautiful surprise! The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice and cozy with views of the three sisters.

The welcoming staff. The balcony in the room and the view.
Such a high price for what you get. There were mosquitos in the bathtub from the time I checked in and even after room service came in to clean the room. Same mosquitos, same spots. If you are practically paying 500$ for 2 nights, I would expect more than that. No microwave or fridge in the room but it is accessible in the common area, I felt uncomfortable about this since I would have wanted some privacy. Again, a Comfort Inn would have had this available in the room for far less. Not too sure what all the fuss is about this place. Breakfast is served to your room and not too early so for those wanting to leave and hike early in the morning, you have this limitation. You can hear the noises from nearby rooms so if there are honey mooners around, you hear everything. I'm so sorry, but I just had such a hard night that it hurt me paying such a high price for not even getting a good sleep. Not sure I would come again.

The materials of the beds and the atmosphere is great.
The hostess offered us a cooler for our picnic.
The only thing that I didn't like is that the jacuzzi is against a shared wall so they ask that you not use it after 9
We wanted to use it at around 11:00 😂

Nice view
The breakfast is always served in the room, which I would not prefer for a solo traveler. Also it is quiet extensive and heavy which asks for wasting food. More transparency on what will be served the next day and possibility to provide preference would be more efficient cause not everybody eats the same amounts and contents.
It was made with a love though!

That is was a smaller Inn with fewer rooms. Having an outdoor Hot tub was a nice time. The breakfast was wonderful.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate as it was too hot despite the window staying open. The air conditioner was too loud to run for long. It's the first place in a very long time where there was no fridge in the room which I feel is necessary nowadays.

Breakfast was exceptional! Delivered to our each morning. A beautiful note was delivered with our tray to help celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. A very small walk from or deck gave us a beautiful view of the mountains.
Everything was awesome. Maybe a small dressing table in the room would have been helpful to hold personal items as the bathroom was quite small

The property was very clean and very quiet and had the lovely mountain cabin feel to it.
Not much we didn’t like, for a quiet couples retreat this ticks all the boxes.

Very much enjoyed breakfast, especially in the library. Didn't expect our room to be attended to with a 2 nights stay, that was a very pleasant surprise.
There was a smell in the shower/bathroom that was tried to be masked over by a too strong room odor dispenser, no hooks for towels in the bathroom. The room was too warm, but other then opening a window, we had no control over the temperature. Everything was clean, but rather outdated, especially for the price charged. We got the impression that our requests for early coffee and check-out when we had to leave inconvenienced the owner.

Everything you would expect from a hotel and more.
All the staff were friendly and the owner was great, I would highly recommend. Plan on returning.
