The bed and pillows were comfy. A perfect room for 2 people. 15 min walk to the Whistler village.
The room was so hot without air conditioning. It's something to keep in mind for the summer months.
7.0
Close to village ,clean and quiet. Cheap
10 digit code needed to punch in on an unlit keypad in order to enter room every time!? No AC in August…

Good spot within Whistler village
Was clean
Easy check in
No air conditioning - not very well presented in property overview. Windows could open , but no screens. So unit was extremely hot. Only one fan provided in unit
Furniture and decor very dated - no upgrades done to unit - mismatched dining chairs , toilet did not flush well, tv didn’t work ( someone came to get it working but they couldn’t either that first nite we stayed in room )
Kitchen cabinets smelled musty
Was very hard to connect with someone from Vacasa. Spent several hours of our vacation trying to come up with a solution to the hot unit. Finally after much back and forth , being on hold and talking to 3 different people , Vacasa told us the best they could do was offer a few more fans ( were delivered eventually later that evening , but not very strong - all they did was move the hot air around ) Hubby needed up getting up at 3am to walk outside , as it was so hot and there was as no cool air circulation within the room. We actually ended up leaving the next day and booked into the Westin instead so we could get some relief. If I were Vacasa I would be embarrassed to rent this unit out , not only for its dated-ness, but for the fact that it has no air conditioning , and not even an option of bringing in a portable ac unit. Weather in Whistler was 33 degrees Celsius the days we were there. Unacceptable to not have A/C in this day and age of climate change.

I liked how close it was to the blackcomb lift
There is no AC so the room was boiling hot the whole stay

Had everything we needed for our stay
Nothing

Well located
The booking and arrival was VERY frustrating. Booking.com doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Nor does the booking agent VACASA. The front desk are a different organisation and had no idea what room we were booked into . Seems like there might be another agent involved who forgot to advise front desk

The location was good, it was clean and safe. Good value
No fridge in room, and the mattress is the worst.
6.0
The location is awesome. Right in the upper village, across from our favorite cafe, and an easy walk down to the lower village. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable.
The front desk staff was not always attentive to our comments/requests. Also the 3rd floor hallway was literally like an oven - the heat was malfunctioning or something and was pumping out into the halls...the unit itself was also stuffy. I cannot speak for the other units, as it seems that they are all individually owned, but ours was decently furnished and comfortable - however the cleanliness was not up to par.

The room was too dark. There was only 2 side lamps and no other light source in the room.
The room was too dark. There was only 2 side lamps and no other light source in the room. The washroom was old fashion. And bed was getting too warm down as I could feel the coils in the mattress.

It was beautiful! Loved the scenery and trails to the village.
There was trash underneath our beds that was found while we were doing our cleaning.
10.0
Very convenient location
Check in time was too late, 4pm and check out time was too early 10am.
I received too many txt messages and emails throughout the stay about reviewing and survey

Location to Blackcomb Gondola
Close to supermarket and liquor store.
Close to restaurants
Very dated, cracks in bathroom, no microwave, no direct access to outside space
9.0
Great location related to gondola. Food and beverage tasty and close. Walkable.
We had bad weather but ma de the best of it.
6.0
Location was great. It was perfect having the ski/snowboard check right in the lobby. Close by a little market and liquor store.
The rooms are really outdated. Couch bed was uncomfortable, thank goodness we brought a cot for our son to sleep on. But there weren't any extra blankets in the room, so thankfully we brought his sleeping bag too. Fridge was loud, fan in bathroom was unbearably loud, never turned it on. The bathroom smelled musty, like the shower curtain had never dried properly. Need more towel racks in the bathroom.
10.0
Place is so well located and rooms are large and very basic no frills that make some resorts so expensive for no reason
No complaints period
6.0
Location close to ski lift, swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Not a very comfortable Murphy bed. Bit worn out. Not really clean (crumbs in the couch). Very short warm water supply.
8.0
location and Automatic door to parking lot
poor chair and table(unstable)

Location of building
335 is the last unit at the end of 4 corridors.
The unit is only large enough for 4 people, there is only 1 shower and not enough hot water. One of the dining chairs is loose and about to collapse. Not enough storage for clothes, boots etc. No hair dryer. Beds are not comfortable. Would not rent again, too expensive for a small unit.
9.0
The bed was huge, room was very clean and also had a fridge which was a nice extra.
The pool area was exceptional with heated tile and 2 large hot tubs as well as the pool being heated. Excellent socialisation area
Ski storage on site by the front desk and a 1 minute walk to Blackcomb gondala, hard to beat!
There really was not much about the place we didn't like. Excellent stay

Location
Lack of housekeeping service, and the
mattresses could be better

Great location. Room was exactly what was needed for a solo traveler.
A frying pan would have been useful!

Prime location for the entire trip! A few steps away from Blackcomb chairlift, shops and groceries.
The pool is heated during the winter and the facility had two small hot tubs.

No breakfast. Location was very good.
The unit was very worn out and at the end of use. Needs renovation badly. Not what you expect at whistler or for a booking.com property. Sorry but being honest.

The Glacier lodge was an excellent stay for our time in whistler.
The room was great- well equipped and big, it was modern and bright and despite other reviews there was air-con!
6.0
We loved the location and the price per value. We appreciated that there was a pool and hot tub. We also appreciated that there was a bike room to secure our bikes.
The lighting was dark and the cords seemed a little precarious in the outlets for the lamps. The room was also quite small and difficult for four ppl to navigate.
7.0
-comfortable bed
-access to pool/hot tub, gym
-walking distance to village
-no house keeping
-not enough pillows
-supplied us with a half empty toilet paper roll and one full role for our whole stay
-no bathroom fan
-no microwave

The Lodge itself was nice. Good pool and hot tub. Good location
Unit 203 is a disaster. You will be met by green carpet which is ripped up at the entry. It has stains all over under the coffee table. The coffee table and dining table are from 1985 as well. Haven’t been cleaned in forever. Spilled drinks have gotten under the glass and never been cleaned. A kitchen that has not been touched in 35 years. A nice musty smell comes out of the cupboards. A stove from 1980. With coil burners that are bent and only some worked. A small refrigerator that doesn’t match anything. The dishwasher leaks and has rotted the cabinet. Mold is coming soon as it’s sitting on carpet
The furniture is mis matched and looks like it came from a garage sale.
The floors were filthy.
Plastic mis matched chairs on patio. Again came from a garage sale
The whole unit has been neglected and is just horrible.
I raised these concerns with the management company Vacasa and was met with indifference and an unwillingness to look into the issues.
This unit needs to be renovated before it should be allowed to be in any rental program.
The owners should be embarrassed and Vacasa should want to know what the unit looks like.

Location was great.
Curtains didn’t open and close well, 5 requests to get cups for in-room coffee, room was darkish, countertop was sticky, furniture was scuffed, parking code didn’t work the second day.
5.0
Room was extremely hot. Had all the windows open and fans going and still had a hard time sleeping
