Location was perfect, lots of space, really great vibe to it.
The blinds are just vertical blinds, we stayed end June and bright day light coming through from 5am onwards

Very nice condo style. We had a nice quite three days, could walk to grocery stores, and Tim Horton’s in just about 5 minutes. Also took several hikes without needing to take the car. The room was comfortable & clean.
The parking was a bit confusing. The garage is nit well labeled nor were the Check-Ins instructions very clear.

The location was perfect. Liked that the bedrooms & bathroom was on the top floor, which makes it easy for the night owls/early riser for the main floor for entertainment and not bothering anyone sleeping. The unit had everything we needed and the communication was super clear.
The hot tub/pool fills up fast, so anyone going should go early or it will fill up, and there won't be room for you ;)

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at this place. It was undoubtedly one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever encountered. The self check-in process was seamless, adding to the convenience of our arrival. The staff members were not only friendly but also highly cooperative, ensuring that we felt welcomed throughout our stay.
One of the standout aspects of this location is its incredible proximity to the village. Being within walking distance made it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy everything the area had to offer. Whether we wanted to head back to our unit or venture out into the village, we didn't need to think twice about the logistics.
The unit itself was well-equipped with new and immaculately clean kitchenware and gadgets. It truly felt like a home away from home. For those who prefer to cook and dine in, this place had all the necessary tools you could ask for. From a spotless Weber grill to a pristine electric stove with an oven, a cooker, and brand new nonstick cookware, they had it all. The variety of glasses, cups, plates, spoons, and knives were all thoughtfully provided. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean, further enhancing our overall experience.
In summary, our stay at this place surpassed our expectations in every way. From the cleanliness and comfort to the convenient location and well-equipped kitchen, we couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic accommodation experience.

Great property ! My family loved our stay there. Suites were very clean and comfortable and had everything we could need . Kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub . Location was excellent. Short walk to the village.
Only thing I would upgrade would be the patio furniture but it was really no big deal

Emptying the trash and recycling in the morning before getting picked up at 6am was difficult, and it was annoying there weren't enough full size towels for 2 per person [hot tub/ shower].

Great location, so close to the centre on the village. The property was super clean and comfy. There was also a nice patio which faced the mountains and a bbq. The staff were great, Madison was super helpful when I had an issue with my pre check form. I will definitely be back.

kitchen is fully equipped, have everything I need.
My children had a great time at the pool.
The carpet was super dirty. Not sure if the cleaner did
a vacuum before we arrive. One of the sink have dry
toothpaste, which was gross. The kitchen floor was
sticky. I end up cleaning and
vacuuming the whole place before we start using it.
The worse is there was a used left over viper slip in
the sofa and my children found it. I do think the cleaner
needs to do a better with their job.

The unit fit our needs with a good kitchen and living area. It was extremely convenient to Fresh Market for our grocery needs, and also quite close to the pool.
I wish I had been informed when booking that this unit was 5 feet away from the parking circle to check in and out of all the condos. We had a cars parked right beside our patio very frequently, and sometimes the drivers left the engines running while they checked in and we had to breathe the exhaust. We had a group waiting for a limo ride to Vancouver at 3:00 am and they talked amongst themselves for about 20 mins. before being picked up. We could hear most of their conversation since they were about 15 feet from out bedroom window, which we needed to keep open since there was no AC in the unit and it was 80 degrees earlier in the day.
Two nights we had groups of loud, late-night partiers cruise past our bedroom.

facilities at the property are very worn down. Tiles are missing in the hot tub and pool area seems a bit sad. Definitely does not feel like the advertised 4-star property. Our apartment had curtains falling out of the ceiling, and a constant running and humming bathroom fan (got disconnected by staff after 3 days).

The size of apartment and location to Whistlers restaurants and activities.
Not easy to find as it shares an entrance with another accommodation, as you enter, bear left, not right. You have to park, unload, walk to apartment, get parking key/pass from apartment then go back to your car and then park in garage.
Our stay was ruined by building work. it started early and finished late. Wood being sawn, angle grinders, materials being thrown and making loud bangs.
The outside area was unusable and we had to ask for it to be cleaned again, this was done, but still unusable due to the noise and intrusion from the maintenance team. Outside plastic chairs and table need replacing.
Also, the dust from the wood decking that was being replaced was hanging in the air in the apartment. Dust had settled in the apartment. That wasn’t pleasant. We complained about the on going work and was told ‘yes we know there’s building work!’.
Pity no one mentioned it to us prior to booking!!! Had they, we would not have stayed there.
If you are thinking of booking here, we would urge you to contact the accommodation to find out if building work is still going on. The dust, noise and lack of customer care (we should’ve been forewarned), really spoilt our stay.
