Su ubicación y espacio de las habitaciones.
Había detalles que lo hacían ver algo viejo y descuidado en su aspecto.

I liked the location, five blocks from Superdome and 3 blocks from Starbucks. Uber cost about 8.00- 12.00 to get to the French quarter. Staff was always pleasant and smiling, even when there was a long line. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
The breakfasts should be more varied. The eggs were good but the shredded meats were very dry. Also getting the car out from the valet had us waiting many times. for about 15-25 min twice.

Breakfast was so neat and restocked of hot foods and items rapidly. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had needed cooking items. Swimming pool was perfect size and liked it was indoors.
The air conditioner was NOT working. I did inquire and let the front desk know, however she reassured me they were eco friendly and it would cool the room. Room did not cool down and affected sleep. I inquired again and still no solution. Didn’t send anyone up to check it or anything. The carpet was soaked in both rooms near the HVAC unit. It was not working. Valet took nearly 30 min to get the car more than one occasion, then when it finally arrived - sent multiple texts every 5 minutes that car needed to be picked up or it would go back to park.

The breakfast
My room AC/Heating unit was not working. Do to my medical condition I slept uncomfortably. The AC repairman can to rig it up earlier when I first got to my room. After he completed the task he advised me not to mess with it. However when I got back to the room later that night it was cold so I turned the heater on. Shortly after that the unit cut off and again I was unable to turn it back on. I reported to the desk clerk and ask for the hotel manager. The directed me to the housekeeping manager. She informed me that she couldn't help me because I went through BOOKING.COM.

La décoration, le confort de la chambre, l'emplacement et le service.
Le petit déjeuner est très américanise pas international et la vaisselle en plastique pour un hôtel de ce standing. La non précision de parking payant à 50 dollars la nuitée.

Every thing was good in my room and
They really need more carts to bring the luggage up or to come down. the wait is a lot.
there should be a system in place to have the carts the whole hotel has 4 carts for luggage.

Hôtel très bien placé . Propre et confortable.
Petit déjeuner très décevant. Peu de diversité et de choix.

Breakfast was good. It looked better than I expected

Availability of complementary coffee including decaff though the day except the uht milk. Friendly staff kept very busy. Comfy bed. Spacious suite with kitchen. Quiet location mostly. Good to have indoor pool as weather was still cold. Location good or riverside and shopping etc.
More choice at breakfast would be good. No shower or changing room to use pool except toilets close by. No bar or restaurant for evening meal but plenty venues nearby. Very spacious one bed suite. Wardrobe in bathroom was strange. Additional cupboard for longer stay would have been useful. No robes or slippers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was really beautiful! It was family friendly for being in the middle of the city, and I loved that it was pet friendly (even if mine were home). The place was well kept and clean.
Breakfast was lack luster, definitely not one of my favorites. Which was bummer considering I was in NOLA. I'm a lifelong Louisiana resident and have lived in Cajun country so I know good cooking. Considering the cost of my stay the Breakfast should have been better.
The beds sucked. I've spent less on an inner city room and had better beds. The couch bed was an absolute joke. There wasn't even cushions to cover the springs.

I arrived at 5pm after driving 3.5 hrs with a confirmed reservation and was only told to call Booking because they had no rooms. I had to scrabble and pay extra high prices to find my family a place to sleep.

Great location, I had several meetings in downtown New Orleans and it was very walkable. The breakfast was excellent and they had coffee in the afternoon.
Parking was pricey, but the valets were nice and I felt they took car of my car.

Loved how incredibly nice the staff was. And the valet parking was a life saver. Booked a queen suit and the size exceeded my expectations. All 5 of us adults were very comfortable. Our room had a balcony and it was so nice to walk out in the morning. Loved how all doors to the hotel locked and you needed a guest key. Definitely going to stay there every time I go back.

The fact that it was a 2 bedroom suite and each room had their private bathroom. I was loved to have more time to stay there for to enjoy the kitchen area.
Only problem I had was I need Handicap accessible for the bathroom. The sidewalk would been nice to use for wheelchair use.

The staff was so nice- provided recommendations to eat and held our bags until check in time.
Wish check in time was at least 3, like other hotels.

Breakfast is excellent. Room is spacious with all necessary cookingwares. It is located in downtown center and very convenient to reach bus stations.
No shuttle service between Hotel and the airport. But this is manageable.
