Location was good.
Not clean at all and terrible customer service.
When we arrived at our room, there were obvious blood stains on the duvet, stains on the walls, and even ashes on the furniture.
When we told reception about this, they were not apologetic at all, and we just got a new duvet.
We obviously showered at our stay and, as requested, didn't leave the towels on the floor as we wanted to reuse them. Housekeeping still took the towels and didn't leave new ones. We then addressed this at the reception where they seemed very annoyed at the request for towels. The towels were then delivered to our room and just placed on the dirty table.
Breakfast is also bad and a waste of money. The breakfast buffet, for example, has cereal but no milk or bowls.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is location but your money is better spent somewhere else.

They didn’t leave enough toiletries in the room.

Exceptional Customer Service
4.0
Location is perfect not too close and not too far that you can walk to many key spots
The restaurant downstairs has very good tasting food.
Staff was very helpful and courteous
Bathroom sink handle was very hard to manage
Some of the switches need changing in the room
The room itself was usually cold even with the ac off during summer period. The ac unit was way too loud to sleep with it on

It wasn’t breakfast or anything we would have eaten- cereal mini boxes and stale pastries is hardly what id call breakfast.
Television didn’t work, staff tended toward the staff (manager) was extremely rude bordering on hostile toward my business partner and son, phone stuck and didn’t want to dial out (they came up and got it working) for what we were charged, the amenities were laughable.
3.0
The room was very comfortable, hotel very clean
Customer service from Check in counter is less desirable, had an issue with a counter person who was very aggressive in her approach, not warm nor friendly, especially being a tourist you look for extra care and it would help if Booking.com would really have in writing and bold print the extra fees for vooking room. I was unaware of $75 per day fee so it made the trio exhausting. Be More Upfront on fees
