The property was gorgeous.
The desk staff (especially the person in charge) was not friendly. One exception was a girl from Chattanooga. We got there at 12:30 pm for noon check in. We were told in unfriendly terms the room was not ready. No idea of how long it would take. We waited there 50 min before continuing on with our plans. The plan had been to check in and go to the botanical gardens before our Rolling Stone concert. Our money was refunded, but there was so much to be desired for a hospitable stay.
We got back late from the concert after walking a ways. Starving. We got to the pub and had to wait for a table. We excitedly sat down. It took 5 min for someone to come. This was 12:32 am when they got to the table. And told us they weren’t serving any more. This stay would have improved greatly with some kind of food option. The cheese it’s caused too much sodium and I got some gnarly leg cramps.
We had a very late check out at 5 pm. Two times someone came in to our room before our check out time.
Our valets were wonderful.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite; the size was great. The overall appearance was okay, but it was a little dated. The grout in the tiling was old, and the bed sheets were stained, but when addressed with staff, they apologised and offered a discount on my stay. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent; the food was made exactly how I requested it. Location is great but o local shops. The door staff and main desk staff are very helpful and respectful. My only complaint is the dated kitchen. The units are incredibly dated and the appliances. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would I stay again? Yes/
The dated Kitchen, appliances and grout in the bathroom shower were old.

The location
It was the worst service we had in a long time.
The service desk never responded to our requests:
There was no shampoo, no towels, no hairdryer, no kitchen(as advertised in the 2 bedroom suite) , not even a mini bar or fridge, never refilled the coffee, no room service. Seriously a horrible experience.

Everything, but overall with the staff. The lady originally from NY is a gem in the hotel. Really Thank you so much
Location, History, ambient really good. Restaurant, coffee shop and bar including in the building are a must to be visited as well.

The location of the property is awesome.
The staff. The lady at front desk was very condescending when I ask her questions about the room, talking like I was stupid and the answers was obvious. The valet staff was rude and slow. We tried to get our car in the evening and it was more then 15 min till the personnel was even taking to me and another 10 till someone brought the car. In the morning it was the same story it took us 30 min to get the car. The phone number they give to get the car wasn’t helpful. When I called they said they don’t have my car and I need to come in person.

Absolutely terrible. Hotel was not clean. Room was old. Air vents disgusting with dirt. All the tables had water damage. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bathroom was dripping by the time you finished a shower. Shower handle was broken. People smoking weed at the pool. Vomit in the elevator. Took over 3 hours for anyone to bring up ice because all the ice machines were broken

The location and room size. Large room with plenty of closet space. Front desk was friendly.
Cleaning of rooms could Be better. We put out please clean sign in door two days with no cleaning. Front desk said they don’t use them anymore. Why have them in the door if they aren’t used. Then had to ask three times to be put on list for cleaning. It was finally done the day before we left. Did nt expect this from such a nice hotel. I also wish they had some type of coffee other than making it in your own room or paying 6.50$ a cup at the place in front of the hotel. I saw online before we left they had breakfast and beverage specials but this was not offered to us. The only other thing was the oool was very dirty. Cloudy and actually had fake fingernails floating in it.

I was going to be traveling with family on a long road trip but couldn't stay with them because their condo is very small. The Georgian Terrace was only 3 blocks from where they live so it was very conveniently located. I loved the nice big room, 4 pillows on the bed just for me!, and nice big shower! I would definitely consider staying there in the future.
Can't think of anything really, though I am not one to complain.
