The room was large and comfortable. The butler service was very helpful and the shuttle around town was quick and effective. Breakfast every morning was tasty in the lounge.

The location was fantastic; walk across the street to the farmer's market and a few blocks to great shopping and restaurants. Hotel service was excellent; staff very friendly and helpful.
Personally I prefer a regular coffee pot instead of an expresso maker.

The free shuttle that would take you anywhere you need to go was a bonus

All your staff is amazing! From the great older gentleman who hosted us for breakfast and happy hour, to your wonderful and accommodating shuttle drivers. We enjoyed the butler service as well. Thank-you for the wonderful vacation.

I was surprised by having the butler staff available. It was way more awesome than I expected. The room was very nice and comfy and the shower was great. The restaurant is also fantastic!

the suites in the Hacienda are fabulous, as was the inclusive happy hour and large breakfast!

The room was quiet, warm and cozy, spacious for two people. We stayed in the Hacienda and had $12/person credit for breakfast in Amaya (which is great though can’t fully cover the cheapest item). The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the city - ask them anything!
The location is slightly far away from downtown but the hotel has shuttle. Does not have private soaking pool and need book spa well in advance, but you can do them elsewhere.

Breakfast was great!
Bathroom was slightly dated.

On the web site it stated a pool and jacuzzi . The pool was closed and the jacuzzi was cold. So I wasn’t able to use either. I didn’t find the room to be as comfortable and clean as shown. I went for relaxation and splurged on what I thought would be a very relaxing time. It didn’t offer all amenities as stated. It was just a room 😖Not worth the price at all . I’d been better at the SantaFe spa resort for same price.

We had continental breakfast included and it was good and sufficient.
The front desk supervisor was RUDE

big size bathroom
water in shower needed 15 min to run to be warm.
next door were 2 big dogs barking anytime we opened the door of our room.
fireplace was in a place that was not visible were you were at bed.
while booking they advertised free breakfast but the reality was that there was $12 per person if he had breakfast.
no big or lighted sign to show the main entrance of the hotel.

Large comfortable room with fireplace. Nice lounge. Tasty breakfast (but see negatives). Decent location on the edge of the town center.
I booked a room for two nights for my wife and myself. On its website, Booking.com states “Breakfast is included in the final price.” Upon check-in, the front desk handed me a paper that listed the various amenities (pool, spa, shuttle service, etc). One of those bullet points says “For Hacienda guests, coffee and pastries are available in the lounge from 7-10am. Guests are welcome to a full breakfast in Amaya from 7-11am” (Amaya is the Hotel Sante Fe restaurant, in the building next door).
My first morning, I chose something from the breakfast menu, along with coffee and an orange juice. I was surprised to be handed a bill for $20 something minus a $12 credit.
Later that day, I stopped by the front desk to ask about this charge. Their response was shocking. First, they told me Hacienda guests are entitled to a $12 credit at the Amaya restaurant – not a full breakfast (yet every breakfast choice on the Amaya menu was at least $12). I protested and the Manager gave me a series of “explanations” that went from: (a) “you should have been told about the $12 credit at check-in, or by the butler who showed you to your room;” then (b) “we don’t follow what Booking.com says, they have to follow what we say;” to (c) “you could have had free coffee and pastries/juice in the lounge before coming to the Amaya” (note the lounge is in a separate building from the Amaya!); and finally “nowhere on the form we gave you does it say breakfast is complimentary – it just says you are welcome to a full breakfast” (!!!!).
All this also ignored the fact that while we were entitled to two of their breakfasts (or credits, if you accept their position), my wife was not having breakfast.
It boils down to an otherwise nice hotel using false advertising to mislead its clients, and a management that is willing to stoop to legalistic arguments that they are in the right when clearly they are not.

Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Lots of good bars and restaurants in the rail yard area. Shuttle was very easy to get to historic downtown. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant and a spa service. Really enjoyed all the artwork and artifacts throughout hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing location -- next to Tomasita's restaurant, the Farmer's Market, Sage, and so much more. Robert greeted us, got us parked and our luggage in our room. That greeting set the tone for a perfect stay. He was warm, welcoming and informative. Loved the fireplace in the room and the patio. The Lounge in the Hacienda was a wonderful amenity.
No housekeeping service at all due to Covid. It would have been nice to have an opportunity to empty garbage cans and give back old towels during our three-night stay. This was a minor point compared to what a wonderful experience we had.

All was good. Especially liked the availability of shuttle.
Alarm went off in the the middle of the night. No room cleaning was available, yet, price of room didn't change.
