This home is beautiful and cozy, it is also conveniently located near many restaurants and stores. Entering the home is also very easy and the instructions are very detailed so it's very straightforward.
It was dusty in some areas and the electrical is faulty in one of the rooms so I needed to keep the lights off. At least the heater worked but it gets very cold in there since it isn't well insulated.
So my family and I used this as a connecting point while we signed on our home. I had 3 cats and 1 dog and the cats stayed in their kennel since they weren't going to be there long. As soon as we got our house, which was the same day, we transported them there to our home in order to avoid being in this home long. They're chill but I know most people don't like cats so I didn't want them to leave a trace. I cleaned up after myself, did the beds, and threw out the trash and I was still charged with damages blaming my cats for poking holes in a chair. Now I don't know how my cats could have done that from their kennel but what could I do when the host didn't even present proof of the so called damage and just charged me. She tried to claim it was my cats and that she found their hair upstairs. The only hair we could have left was my dog's because he was let out. The thing is that our dog spent most of the time we were there either in the little patio area or in his kennel so it couldn't have been too much fur.
This is a great place to stay if you don't have any pets at all. It's cozy and conveniently located. But if you have pets, be ready to be placed under attention and judgement. You've been warned.

Two bedrooms with full kitchen, nice living room w cable tv, outside porch area. Superb location and free parking. Easy walk to the plaza; great bagel place nearby. Easy quick drive to Santa Fe Opera.
It was perfect except no bar soap.

Location was great
Stairs were difficult to navigate

Location
Reduce some of “Knick knacks” as it’s a small space. I didn’t need all the bedding/pillows etc. But it is cute.

Very clean, well appointed, comfy beds, great walkable location.

Location was great...only a few blocks from The Plaza. We were able to walk to spas, restaurants, and shopping. While it was close to a busy area, we heard no traffic or other city noise from inside the home. Small casita but more than enough for 2 people. Nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom! I didn't receive the check-in email and drove to the address on the original booking confirmation rather than to our specific casita; however, the host was immediately responsive when I called upon arrival...got into our lodging within minutes.
Really no complaints...perfect lodging for our girls' weekend!

Very convenient location to the downtown. Most of time, we walked to the attractions in the area.

It was nice to be close to the plaza.
The traffic noise was horrible, but that is something that can’t be helped.

The location was great! We could park the car inside the backyard. So, it was kind of hidden. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything, including coffee, sugar, and other supplies. There were washer and drier which we could use if we needed it.
Nothing really. Everything was excellent

We brought food and utilized the small kitchen for breakfast.
The casa was small but comfortable for two singles. A few upgrades could be made to the inside and certainly the outside. Tight parking.

Bathroom is VERY tiny.

The style of the Casita, and how it felt home like & comfortable.
That one of the bathroom towels had a lot of hairs.

Great location. Great kitchen.
Very uncomfortable beds.

Nice quiet location. It was a good base camp. We were able to do many things around the Santa Fe area always returning back to this central location.
Bathroom is very small and difficult to use. I travel using an electric vehicle and it would be nice to have plugs outside in order to charge.

Great location. Very comfortable. Good value compared to local hotels. Well appointed. Homey. Staff helpful and accommodating.
Living area a little small but not a problem.

Location and privacy. Well stocked.
Facilities were somewhat cramped but comfortable and clean.

My favorite stay of our entire Southwest honeymoon! A cosy yet surprisingly spacious, comfy and elegant vintage cottage with a gorgeous and functional kitchen including all the implements you could desire! A great perk was that other guests leave a variety of non-perishables to share, so it had that "community" feel of sharing and paying it forward. Having a functional kitchen makes this a great "home base" for exploring the old town while keeping on a modest food budget - just a 10 minute walk from a big grocery store, Sprouts. The casita manager Mary Ann went above and beyond to be helpful to us in coordinating our stay and providing resources of local recommendations. I definitely hope to come back!
I liked everything! Only 2 caveats - For a big or tall person the bathroom may be a little bit of a tight fit between sink/toilet/bath. The bed pillows were a bit funny - those sort of "permanently deflating" feather pillows and bed was on the squishy/squeaky side. Only an issue if this poses an ergonomic concern for you.

Loved the location of the hotel, so close to everything! The casita was very cute, and clean.
Was very difficult to open the door with the key - the door/key kept sticking and it was a struggle each time to open. It looks like the wall side of the door did not even have any hardware to accept the lock...maybe this was the issue?
The bedroom with the patio had very musty smelling closets. I ended up not using.

I liked the style of the house and the kitchen and living room was nice and comfortable. The bedrooms were separate so we had privacy. We had all the supplies we needed and we enjoyed the patio until people came walking through.
We were disappointed in the location being right on the street and having to back out into traffic from our parking space. It was busy and noisy and we had to cross the busy 4 lane street every time we went downtown. We were enjoying the patio/terrace until people came through there going to their rental and then we felt uncomfortable.

What breakfast? There was no breakfast.
The bed in the room off the kitchen needs a new mattress!!!! Kept falling together cause of the middle being depleted. How old is that mattress anyway???????

The quality of the bedding & linens, the decor & the well supplied kitchen were all great!
Blinds that didn’t operate correctly, windows difficult to open and/or close & the noise were negatives.

The location, within walking distance of the Plaza, minutes from the opera house, and close to pretty much everything else was ideal. The casita was quiet, charming, comfortable, and well-equipped with lots of dishes and kitchen items. We loved having meals on the outdoor patio. Our cat had a great time too. Mary Ann was a wonderful host, giving us thorough and detailed information and responding quickly to all our communications. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next summer.
The bathroom could have been bigger, but not a big deal for us.

The location is close enough to walk to the plaza, restaurants, shops, museums, but was quiet and private. The casitas are old but charming, clean and functional. We especially appreciated the binder of useful information left in our unit and the coffee maker, filters and coffee. We also loved our small, private front porch. Parking was very convenient, right in front of our unit. The check in, check out process couldn't have been easier. These are well cared for and well managed casitas. We plan a return visit!
No complaints.
