Delicious breakfast, location within walking distance of plaza, depot, parking, bath products

The breakfast was very good and the only staff person we saw during our stay was the young man that took our food order for breakfast. He was kind and helpful. There was no one at the front desk during our entire stay. The room was clean.
We did not know we would be upstairs. The stairs are narrow, no elevator, and and we struggled to carry luggage upstairs. My husband is handicapped and struggled to get upstairs. I called the phone number listed because it appeared as if we would have to share our bathroom. No one ever answered. There was not enough light in the room. We placed our luggage in the closet on the luggage racks. There was no light in the closet and we had to use flashlights to see what we needed from luggage. Not all lights in room worked. Room was warm.

The room was excellent with two upholstered chairs a large comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom.
A very minor issue but one of the dining tables in the breakfast room needs to be ‘leveled’ to prevent from ‘rocking’.

The breakfast was superb! It was like eating at a gourmet restaurant!
It would’ve been nice to have had a small coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Also, perhaps a small paved sidewalk to pull a suitcase to the room instead of having to pull it over rocks when you arrive after hours would be helpful.

Clean, my wife loved the toilet, and the bed was very comfy!
No TV available. Did not realize when I booked that there are no TVs in rooms. I am a huge TV person and will probably not book here again because of this . So sad because the Parador is a nice place and a great SantaFe location.

The location in combination with the authentic building is really special.
The breakfast, served without any extra charges, is freshly created ‘a la carte’ by chef level cooks and really delicious, fresh, organic, just amazing. Having breakfast in the beautiful patio outside early morning, enchanting…
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Nice private parking space for your car.
The only reason why on some items my score is lower is that a couple of the rooms (with lower numbers: 1,2,3) are really small and at times even uncomfortable to move around in, especially if you stay for a couple of nights, with luggage and having no room for your toiletries to put anywhere, then the price they ask for these rooms is not reasonable.
All the other rooms are gorgeous though and more than worth a stay! Unfortunately the price of these rooms is even higher…

Lovely building, beautiful decor, quiet and convenient location, great homemade breakfast, friendly hosts.
Only thing that was difficult for us was the distance from parking area to the building (on gravel so not easy to roll bags) and the steep flight of stairs to our second floor suite. Traveling cross country with several bags and supplies, navigating narrow hallways and then stairs was challenging. If one has knee or hip issues it would have been very difficult. I usually check whether there is an elevator on 2nd floor rooms, but forgot this time. Just a heads up for others.

Room was beautiful and nice and cool!

The location is the best thing about this place. We were able to walk just about everywhere.
We paid the same amount as our other friends for a room that should easily have been 30 to 50 dollars less! Some rooms had coffee makers and fridges and some didn't. It was very inconsistent. Though breakfast wasn't served until 8, they didn't have any coffee out for early risers. The water was empty, there was no pastries available. All things we have come to expect and received at other bed and breakfasts. Our bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom itself. Again, this room should have been less than the others.

This place is so charming and really special. It’s nothing like the chain hotels. Each room is different and beautifully designed. There’s a lovely patio full of flowers. It’s quiet but close to the main attractions of Santa Fe. Breakfast was wonderful.
We liked everything!

I liked the location. The room was "cute,"
I didn't like that the room was SO small. I didn't like that the sink was literally next to the bed and the door separating the toilet from the room did not allow for privacy. I was not aware there was no TV in the room. That should have been made clear on the website. I just feel for the $288 per night charge, the value wasn't there.

The staff was very helpful, and the cooked-to-order breakfast was wonderful.
The bed was very comfortable, but otherwise the room was disappointing. There was no TV , refrigerator or microwave, and no furniture aside from the bed. There was plenty of room for a simple chair and a small table or desk. Nowhere to sit other than on the bed. And from the bed, one faces an immense white wall which is blank other than a skinny vertical poster near the door. A large framed art print would have added some interest to the very-white room.

The breakfast was wonderful, and way better than anywhere else.
It would be nice to have a table in the bathroom to put your toiletries on, and also more towel racks.

Everything was so wonderful. Our room was clean and exactly as described. I loved the historic charm of the property along with the thoughtful touches to preserve that charm. The daily breakfast made to order was delicious! Lastly, the staff was amazing! We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Santa Fe

I love the decor and vibe of this place!
A few of the guests were really noisy at odd hours. The ambience would be greatly helped by establishing some quiet hours in the building.

There is no staff. Security is poor.

Loved this stay. Comfy bed in cozy room with fireplace. Great walkable location and delicious breakfast that was a great change from a standard continental breakfast during our cross country road trip. We arrived after office hours, but staff was proactive and self check-in was seamless. We loved this spot and would definitely stay again.
