Solo la ubiacion.

Mala atencion del dueño. Me cobro con tarjeta la segunda reserva y era con pago en efectivo. La 2da reserva erq con baño privado y no tenia baño privado. El lugar como toda la zona esta LLENA de adictos tirados en las calles.

Horrible worse place I’ve stayed out of 99 countries

Cheapest property I found in San Francisco but cheapest for a reason dirty place horrible facilities seems to have a rodent problem

Dirty bed sheets, only two plugs in the room on the floor far from the bed.kitchen was dirty had a strange smell. Toilet was very dirty. Management didn’t seem to care and was very rude to several guests.

room was so messed. I just stayed for a couple hour, but they assigned a terrible room smelled smoking, 2 guys talking and watching movies so loudly.

ロケーションはいいが治安は悪い、ドアの開閉がうるさい。

ホテルの玄関がパスコードを打って入室するので、かつ部屋の扉がオートロックだったのでセキュリティ対策はしっかりしていると思います。 WiFiは快適です。ルームメイトによると人それぞれ対応が異なるみたいですが、私の場合は事前に入室用パスコードとWiFiパスワードを事前にEmail宛に送ってくださりました。ロケーションは非常にいいです。 SFOからバス1本で行けますし、最寄りの駅がCivic Centerなのでどちらにせよ交通の便に関してはいいです。Walgreenというスーパーのようなドラッグストアもあるのでいいです。

扉の開閉音がうるさいこと。ゆっくり眠ることが出来ない。ラウンジもテーブルが数台しかないため、ホテル内でパソコン作業するスペースがない。毎週末になると大騒ぎが始まってうるさくなって、眠りに妨げがより激しくなるのと、私の場合は部屋で乱闘が起きて警察沙汰になったこと。キーデポジットが現金20ドルと高価なこと。オフィスアワーが午前9時以降なので、アーリーチェックアウトのときは前夜にオフィス担当者に相談して20ドルのデポジットを受け取る仕組みになっている。貼り紙だけあって、こういった案内がなかった。部屋が寒い。ブランケットがないと思ったら、オフィスアワー時にブランケットを受け取る模様。こういう案内が全くない。そしてホテルの場所はホームレスがさまようストリートにあるので治安はいいとは言えません。喫煙は屋上でしたほうがいいです。

Got bit by bed bugs wish I could upload the pictures had to go to work with big bumps all over my body itching the entire day was embarrassing very dirty there is also a family living there who is always cooking in the kitchen if you wanted to cook in the filthy kitchen you might not have the chance because the family is always taking over the kitchen they also have small children living there with them It is also very unsafe and there are not enough restrooms and showers they are always out of tissue so bring your own to the dirty restrooms and they have roaches I have all photos to prove this there is even roach traps in the office.

You get what you pay for. The bathrooms were not cleaned frequently enough and there where guests up all night talking v

It was very close to a lot of stores, food, etc.

Not in the safest neighborhood. finding parking is difficult and I was worried it would get broken into.

The negative

The price can't be beat.

No soda machine! Seriously there could be many more amenities but, lack of a soda machine caused me to travel, during the early hours, to a pizza store that happened to be open, for a bottle of water. I was THAT thirsty.

Absolutely worst experience ever

Absolutely horrendous manager, treats everyone so bad, almost kicked me out for laughing at a joke (he actually pretended to call the police to try and scare me) constant nagging for no reason - everyone I spoke to complained about him. The area is full of druggies, getting murdered by one is maybe not so improbable, and it seems like some of them stay at the hostel. They smoke crack, heroin and meth basically outside the front door. Dingy and everything smells. Kitchen is a mess. Save yourself the headache and inconvenience and go to one of the other much better located, cleaner, safer and hospitapal hostels, there's many for around $30 - book direct for the best price!

Not nice. Dirty, creepy and unsafe location

Staff was nice and friendly, the main guy at the front desk was very nice

The location was awful and creepy. Homeless people right outside the front, couldn't park the car at the front because we were told it was most likely going to get broken into. The hostel was dirty and smells. I felt very unsafe. Had a private room for me and my partner and the room was tiny and noisy. Stayed one night and had to immediately book a different place

Poor

The manager was kind. I needed to check in earlier than agreed and he helped me.

The location is dangerous. I do not recommend this place if you are traveling alone as a woman because you can feel very unsafe. It's surrounded by many homeless people and some of them are so crazy. You don't know how they're going to act. Some people live at the hostel, so the environment is not the same. The fridge is full of food because their purchases are not for a few days, they are for months, because they live there. The kitchen is dirty and full of things, so it is not easy to cook and it is disgusting. the bathrooms smell weird.

Great hostel to stay in San Francisco with a wonderful caretaker.

Very good hostel. Nick is a great host, very helpful and attentive. Very good deal at affordable prices.

Cheapest hostel with good value for money

With 24$ in a shared room it's one of the cheapest places I found to spent one night in San Francisco. Since my expectations were realistic about the price, I liked the place and people I got to know there and do recommend the value for price ratio!

the staff was great and friendly.

the guy I share the room was very racist about me being homosexual and mugging me,the whole time I stay there. I feel very uncomfortable staying anymore.

The place is tolerable, the management is not

Location is convenient, not very safe though

The manager asked for a higher price and tried to persuade me that the price on the booking.com was a promotion they are not offering to everyone. When I booked through the platform in front of him, he got angry and kicked me out even though I had a paid reservation. When I called booking.com, I learned he complained about me not being respectful of the policies. I ended up going to the nearest police station, which is not close btw, to file charges based on slander and false advertisement

amazing staff, he was very helpful with my arrival.. I was new to San Francisco and wasn’t sure where to park the car so he was willing to come outside to help me out! thank you so much!!! most definitely will stay there again on my next trip!
