How convenient to places we were going to.
Breakfast was great!
Parking expensive

Had the 1 bedroom suite with the pull out sofa, the room was decent. The kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable at least.
Definitely could get a better experience for how much you’re paying here. The staff is rude, asked for extra blankets and when it took over 45+ and I called back, the guy yelled and spoke over me that it’ll be there soon. I was told I could potentially get a late checkout, but the lady at the front desk was rude and not accommodating. Not even offering for an extra charge to check out late— I was willing to pay. The pull out couch had questionable brown stains, the shower had scorching hot water and the walls were peeling.

Great value, central location, friendly staff, nice accoommodations. Person at breakfast was very, very nice.
Nothing.

The hotel was close to the High museum.
The room was in need of repair, and there was black mold on the AC vent. The milk I put in my coffee at breakfast was spoiled. One of the two elevators was broken throughout stay.

The breakfast had a good choice and was refreshed regularly
It was fine

Perfect location! Lots of food choices and super close to the Symphony! The room was comfortable and very quiet. We had a problem with booking.com and a double charge to our credit card but the staff worked tirelessly to get it resolved.
Nothing - wonderful stay!

The staff was the best. Every one of them went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. Their service was probably the best that we have ever experienced.
The facility was dated and the mattress was not comfortable.

Good amenities, friendly staff, and some really good lemonade in the lobby. Location is pretty clutch with some good restaurants and interesting things just a couple blocks down.
Parking is Valet only and 37$ a night. You can park a little ways down the street for cheaper which makes it a bit better pretty much 16$ a night but you’ll have to pay every time you want to leave.

Good breakfast. Clean. Nice room with a kitchen.
The Wi-Fi worked with my phone but not with my laptop. Staff tried to help but we could not get it to work properly

The queen bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
The staff weren’t that friendly.Parking was too expensive. After parking we discovered it was almost half to park next door:(
We booked a family room for 4 and when we got there the sofa bed wasn’t made. When I asked about it I was told that I had to make the bed myself!! What??

Breakfast was terrific
Didn’t particularly like the cost of the valet parking. We didn’t know there was a much cheaper self parking right there as well.
As participant of the Honors program, we’re suppose to get our valet cost refunded? I believe as we were checking out, the receptionist mentioned the refund.

Breakfast was great. We liked all of the options.
I wish there was a pool, but that is understandable.

Staff was nice. Room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was okay, especially for being complimentary. Bread was not super fresh, but everything else was good.

Perfectly located for exploring Midtown Atlanta, the fine arts scene, the beautiful botanical center and Piedmont Park, not to mention both Whole Foods and Einstein Bagels within walking distance. The room had a well equipped kitchen in addition to a spacious sitting area and king-sized bed. We would happily stay there again.
The air conditioning is SOOO loud.
No fresh fruit or hot eggs at the free breakfast buffet.

the location is great! there is access to public transportation iclose by, walking distance, and there is a public parking garage right across the street only $16/24 hrs also hourly rates. The breakfast was good, normal continental breakfast foods (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, breads, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee…) All of the staff was very friendly!
the air conditioner in our room wouldn’t cool down as low as it should. it was tolerable but if moving around getting dressed to go out, it seemed too warm.

Breakfast was....well...free. The staff in the breakfast room was VERY pleasant and happy. They seemed to like their jobs, greeted folks in the morning and tried to ensure everyone was getting what they needed. The breakfast choices were pretty standard, although a little variety on the hot breakfast bar would have been nice. Nonetheless, the breakfast room was clean and food stayed stocked. Best part of the experience.
Rooms did NOT get cleaned AT ALL while we were there and we stayed for 4 days! We literally had to go to the front desk to get additional towels, face cloths, and a comforter DESPITE using the app to request them multiple times and then calling to the front desk to request them because they never showed up. The customer service (outside of the breakfast) was subpar, at best. The curtain rod in the shower was broken so we called to get it fixed. THEN We had to change rooms because of a hideous fish spell. Originally the front desk stated that the cleaning team would come inspect the room, well that never happened so we went to the front desk to request a new room. All of this made me question how clean the rooms really were when we arrived.

The location was absolutely perfect! It's a block or so away from The High Museum. Atlantic Station is a little further away walking but on a nice day it could be a lovely stroll. It's central to everything.
Parking ia a little pricey at $37 a night.

location
I had to stand at the front door for 10 minutes to be let in at 11pm and the guy didn’t even apologise and barely said hello. At £225 a night this is unacceptable

Carpet was soaked with a water leaks.
