The location of the property was very good.

I wish we were told that it was under construction before booking. The facility was dusty and the rugs were not clean. Our room the tables were dusty and scratched and mildew in the bathroom. We brought cleaning items and was able to spray the room.

We had a great time, enjoyed the room & the beach.

Location is excellent. Staff were very nice & helpful. Pricing was great. We will be back!

Rm 713 … door made a loud noise every time it opened and closed. Room was well used/tired but I know you can’t have beautiful rooms with the excellent price you charge. The entrance at reception has a tile floor as does the hall to the elevators. Using a luggage cart is very loud (especially when empty) so must be hard for reception staff to hear customer or telephone conversations. When our chart was Loaded it was easy for things to fall off as we rolled over the tile toward the elevators. Just an observation.

Great Stay!

The room was very clean, the view was amazing! The cost of the breakfast buffet was affordable and decent, it could have used more options. We enjoyed the variety of pools and the beach access.

The pools could be cleaner and there was lots of trash and pool towels everywhere.

My stay was awful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lobby area in the hotel looked good; however, my room which was 503 was very nasty with a dark stinking carpet and an odor that smelled like a dead rat was in the room. Also, the tiny kitchenette is right across from the bathroom which was a terrible design idea. In addition, the bathroom always smelled of bowel movement and urine. I will not dignify this place by calling it a resort.

To begin with you can hire some customer service representatives (at the front desk) that really want to work and assist the customer in a friendly manner.

I tried asking one of the associates a question about the ice machine and she was so rude. I asked someone else got an answer. I don't know what her problem was but it pissed me off. The elevators were having issues

I would still book this hotel again

I liked the property was on the beach ! I loved the multiple pools , restaurant, and the bar that was by the pool

The sliding door made me brake a nail lol. Check in was at 4:00-4:30 and our room was not ready until 5:45 which wasn’t cool at all . We were not offered any discounts ! Parking was very limited. Other than that we loved it

The original room was mildew and mold on the 15th floor 2 rooms were provided 1512 and 1513 were very worn and outdated and the fact that the main elevators in the South Tower were not working was terrible 😢 and extremely hot this by far was the worst experience

We liked the location, but were not happy with the cleanliness.

Location was great

The hotel bed was not very clean. The fitted sheet didn’t even fit the bed. Found unknown hair in the sheets. Toilet didn’t work. Had to have some work on it. The Chanel lineup was scrambled had to have a printout. There were stains down the side of the bed. Why pay housekeeping when they only take out trash and give out towels. I could have done that myself. Remote back was lost and batteries kept coming out.

Cleaner. Our bathroom door didn't close. Had to make multiple requests for a broken coffee pot. Food was cold at the restaurant. Staff wasn't friendly or helpful. The place needs to be updated. Ceiling was peeling.

I enjoyed the pools for the children.

I think some things can be updated in the rooms like remodeling. The room was far from the strip so there was no where to walk. Other than that it was good for the children.

Will never stay a where else! So relaxing!

We booked a King Suite with an Ocean View. When we arrived we found we had a double balcony room! The views were amazing, and the room was very spacious and clean! All the hotel amenities were better than we could have asked for, and the beach is just a few feet away!

A terrific choice for a family vacation

Clean well appointed rooms with a fully furnished kitchen made my stay wonderful.

The check in process was quite lengthy.

We walked off hot elevator , into a hot air hall, unlocked door to a musty , moldy room. Called down to desk, told them we were coming down to check out. They offered a different room, but, no way would we stay, after seeing that room.

Bedbugs change room First night due to bed bug! Second night got up went to bathroom boyfriend notice a big bed bug on side of sheet coming by my head when light was cut on!!! This is very nasty and sad! I never had this problem staying here all the years we come here every year!!!! Currently sitting up waiting to leave with bags soon as sun rise!!!!! Very disappointed in this birthday stay!!! Now straight to laundromat to wash and dry all our belongings

The pool area for kids

Good location, plenty for kids. Our room was not up to standards- the door to patio didn’t lock or hardly open/shut the bathroom was all chipped paint, rusty places on floors and hinges, and slightly dirty. I feel like for the money per night, I wouldn’t stay again just based on the room we had.
