It was beautiful. The rooms were immaculate. The staff were amazing.
The rooms could be a bit bigger but that was it.

Customer service was amazing. Everything was so clean. The room always smelled so good but no one there could tell me what it was. I think it's a Darwin secret, haha. The hotel is in a perfect location. Close enough to everything without the crazy price of parking.
I wish someone could tell me what the amazing scent in the room was. They could use more hook for the towels in the rooms, though. But I loved everything about it.

Lage nicht gut und Parken für 25$ völlig übertrieben. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Baustelle vorm Fenster, kein Schlaf möglich. Kein Restaurant im Hotel oder in der Nähe. Zimmer mini. Ausstattung sehr einfach. Budgethotel.
Schöner Innenhof, sehr bemühter Barkeeper Will.

Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I have had. This Boutique Hotel has such a cool vibe and is decorated with local art and fun furnishings. The staff and amenities were great: Gym, Upbeat music, lively Courtyard, Bar and Cafe. Dantae checked us in and everyone at the front desk was helpful, friendly and fun to talk to. Our bartender, William, gave us great recommendations for live music and food (Smiths Old Bar and Grana for pizza). We had coffee at the cafe/bar and worked out at the well appointed gym each morning (there is free filtered water available there, bring your water bottle). Our room was perfect for our adult getaway. I believe we got the king with extra room. Location was perfect in the Midtown neighborhood where we felt safe and immersed in the culture of the neighborhood, (we heard it’s much better/sader than staying downtown). The hotel is walking distance to Ponce City market and a short Uber to the Botanical Gardens and the Art district. We had a great time chatting with the Manager Imani, she also stoped what she was doing to make us coffee (I think the cafe was actually closed at that time, so that was sweet). She even waved to us goodbye from her office as we left.
Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
Only complaint would be no full blackout curtains, the shades block most of the light, but fully closing curtains would have been nice. Shower was a little small.

Well designed. Nice in-room bathroom. Nice lobby and courtyard.
Minimal amenities - no coffee/tea/hot water/snacks for guests. Expensive coffee/breakfast/drinks at hotel bar.

Retro, trendy, yet modern decor. All staff incredibly friendly! Delicious menu, cocktails, snacks. Cute lobby and courtyard! Walking distance from Ponce City, PeachTree Street, Mid Town, Martin Luther King’s house. A great place to stay!

Nice girl at reception. I liked the vibe (music & decor). Room was clean and modern looking.
This is the first place I've ever stayed in that didn't have coffee available in the room. Reception mentioned breakfast, but evidently it wasn't included in my stay. Maybe I missed something. Having to pay extra $15 for parking.

Room was super cute and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Handy location, helpful staff, excellent bar. The origami cranes we were given at check-in were a delightful touch.

Loved the super friendly vibe of the staff and the fresh, artsy venue. The bar was inviting and convenient. We loved the truffle oil popcorn. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The low water pressure in the shower.

Location and friendly staff
The room was hollow. It trembled and vibrated (room 427) gurgling air conditioning and oversees the car park. Like being in a washing machine circle

This property was newly renovated about a year ago I believe. The result was very favorable… The rooms are clean and well appointed and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The lobby is a small but cozy and welcoming. There is a nice little bar directly off the lobby area as well as additional seating indoors as well as outdoors… it is conveniently located near the Ponce City Market, which features a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. I was very pleased with my stay.
This is very minor, but the green colored paint in my room was a little too stark and cold… it reminded me of the Quonset huts I grew up with as an army brat. Something warmer would have made the room seem a little more inviting and comfortable. Atmosphere is everything!

I loved the vibe and energy of the hotel. The decor was modern and also my style. All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. I loved that it was all original and not cookie cutter like larger hotels. This will be my new go to hotel in Atlanta.
I don’t have any complaints

•Beautiful bathrooms- modern and spacious
•Cleanliness
Noise - the rooms were not insulated well. You can hear heavy walking, when people drag luggage across the floor, running, etc. We complained several times and eventually (at 4 am!!) we were moved to a room on the 4th floor. All was good until the trash trucks and morning traffic started...
Fees - too many fees!!! Daily parking and $50/night incidental fees were outrageous.
No microwave in the rooms

Nice, new and clean.
Located in a neighborhood that makes u wonder why they built this hotel here. Barn doors for the bathroom was broken along with the shower glass door( scrapping against the bottom as you tried to open or close the door.) Not good for a hotel that was 6 months old as I was told it was.
