Convenient, clean, quiet

We only stayed overnight and headed out early in the morning so really did not have the change to explore the property. Nice to have laundry onsite
The light outside our door stayed on all night. Although the main curtain windows had sun blocking curtains the door did not. Maybe a motion sensor would do the trick better

The floor and cabin needed a good cleaning.

It was a great location close to everything
We were hoping for a cabin when I booked it that was what we wanted to noisy where we were in the room

I was in room 5. Access to the very well equipped kitchen was very appreciated. I forgot a raincoat in the closet of my room. The staff are kindly returning it to me by mail. Highly recommend.
Having a Keurig in the kitchen would have been fabulous. But Tim Hortons was only a 10 minute walk away.

Location
A/C, lights in our room
It was cooler in the shared space than in our room, I needed to ask about the air conditioning. There was a dimmer switch on one of the lights that needed to be attended to.

Check in time at 4pm. We arrived at 12 noon and was very curtly told checkin in time was at 4. We paid for that entire day and yet was not admitted til 4. Woman at checkin very curt and dismissive,

Beautiful location. The rooms if updated and fixed would have been great.
Our toilet was leaking. A lot!
They did a small fix but we had to use towels around it so we wouldn’t step in it. The sheets where so old and so where the towels. The mattress was broken and was slanting off the bed.
There was mold all in the bathroom from this broken toilet.
The pool and hot tub was very dirty.
Owners couldn’t care less. Didn’t even change our room even though they had another available

I was never told there was a breakfast and the location was perfect! It’s up the road from Cavendish Beach, Boardwalk, Chez Yvonne’s, Sandspit, Grampa’s Photo Studio and a grocery store.
I stayed in cottage 13. The beds were terrible, there was 2 holes in the blanket on the bed, stains all over it, a huge hole in the shower curtain, the blind in the other room won’t even go down, as there is no strings. I paid over $600 and some dollars and I will never go there again! First, and last time there

The location of the property was excellent, a few minutes drive to everything we wanted to see and do while visiting cavendish. We had two big issues during our stay here and the same male staff member dealt with both issues, he was very polite and certainly did the best he could for us with what he had to work with, a very nice thing to see in a staff member !
The price you pay for your stay does not in any way reflect the quality of what you are getting for your stay. Very much overpriced for the issues that we dealt with during our stay. We stayed for two nights and had 2 very big issues. The shower in our room didn’t work on night number one and instead of moving our room to one with a working shower, we were only allowed to go to a vacant room to use the shower and then go back to our own room, I feel we should of been moved considering there was a vacancy in another place. This would also lead me to believe the shower was not cleaned out prior to our checkin. Also on night number one , we pulled the blankets back on one of the beds, only to reveal a moderate sized blood stain on the comforter which had gone through to the sheet underneath, this goes to show the bed linens were not changed before we arrived for our checkin. These issues are both not acceptable for the price we were paying for our stay. A small tourist island like Price Edward Island, which relies on tourism to keep up should take more pride in what they put out for their visiting guests !

everything u need for bbq, including cleaning supplies is provided. I was surprised by the full cabinets of kitchenware.
unfortunately there was a small leak In the ceiling during a heavy rain storm. I was told there is someone comming to complete repairs but there's a shortage still from the pandemic. if it didn't rain so heavy there would be nothing negative about this place

Very clean and comfy bed . Cottage was awesome .
Location - wish we were told what cottage we had before booking . We were beside the pool and had zero privacy on porch . Had to shut all the curtains because people could see into bedroom and bathroom . Loud Neughbor’s beside us with visitors and loud music .

Easy access to beach and Anne of Green Gables activities, good kitchenette
Privacy was not ideal (very large windows by walking area), driveway not lit.

The pools needed cleaning and some updating.

Great location close to the national park and the Anne of Green Gables heritage site. The motel room was comfortable and clean with convenient parking. It was very well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and enough dishes to comfortably prepare breakfast. All the interactions with the staff (both on-site and prior to arrival) were fantastic.
Not necessarily a negative, but it was hard to tell you were booking a motel room rather than a cabin (which is likely a common issue since the staff emailed almost immediately after we booked to confirm we were aware it was a motel room we had booked). So just a heads up to keep an eye out when booking!

The room was excellent - very clean & well maintained. I personally think doing your own dishes is not necessarily sanitary during these times as everyone is not equal.

Kitchen not well appointed
