Someone was parked in our parking spot. On top of that the breakfast we had paid for was very below expectation. And honestly paying for two tiny bowels of cereal felt ridiculous.
5.0
Comfortable accommodation with generous space in the sitting room/diner, the bathroom and the bedroom. Exceptionally clean and well appointed kitchen with relaxing views from every room over the adjoining park. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful.

Fantastic suite and would stay again - providing boiler fixed
Had to endure a cold shower as boiler tripping out.
4.5
Wow what a fantastic apartment, high ceilings, a large bedroom, bathroom and living room with a full kitchen and a parking space. I also liked the auto check in.
Only a few minor things, a few missing forks, bed and sofa were a bit old (but still comfortable) and everything else was perfect.

Nice size and space
Looking over parking lot rather than park. Furnishings were very worn and broken in places
Carpets in public areas were stained
Bath made awful noise when emptying

Location was perfect for my son’s wedding at the West Bridgford Registry Office, daughter in law used the secret door so didn’t have to go outside. The apartments where wonderful for us to use before and after

Holmes’s Apartment. Spacious rooms and living area, large en suite and separate bathroom, amazing sofa, good selection of tea and coffee and complimentary pint of milk, great nights sleep, safe parking and lovely walk in the adjacent park in the morning. Ideal location for cricket at Trent Bridge - 2 minutes walk.
No faults

Everything was stunning. Suite was vast. Very comfy large double bed. Lovely en suite with a large shower. Magnificent double ended bath in separate bathroom. Cereals, milk etc., available. Lovely location. Lots of kitchen and laundry facilities.
Can't find fault with anything. Extremely patient and efficient staff. Would stay there again at the drop of a hat. Thank you everyone.

The location was spot on. The whole place is amazing. It’s a gorgeous building. Well presented. Restaurants close by are all great.
The bed was way too small for me being nearly 6ft my feet were resting on the the end of the sleigh bed I found it really hard to sleep, the room was so big it could have accommodated a larger bed. The windows didn’t lock so I worried about that all night. And the mirrors weren’t cleaned well they were streaky. Also no tea bags provided we had to go buy some.

All great

Good location and parking. Spacious and comfortable.
I booked based on photos on website which showed lots of images of a bath - this is something I always try to book after a long day at work. Was very disappointed to have the disabled accessible apartment with a shower and no bath.

Lovely rooms well presented
Despite all attempts to turn off the heating, all the rooms were too hot leading to a difficult night’s sleep.
The mattress in Musters and the other accommodation we stayed in previously need to be changed.

clean and perfect for the occasion
5.0
It was a well equipped apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Large living room/dining area/kitchen and seperate bedroom. Excellent location with free parking, a choice of restaurants just across the road. Next to park, and above the Registrars office, close to cricket ground and river. Would have been superb for a longer stay.
The bath. Looks lovely but extremely slippery and no grab rails and no bath mat.

The spaciousness and the quality of the accommodation surpassed my expectations. It is tremendous value for money compared to conventional hotels in the city centre.

I didn’t see a member of staff for the time I was there it would have been nice to do I could ask questions about the damage deposit I paid and how that’s refunded back.
But other than that the apartment was brilliant and in a lovely location
Having staff on

Lovely apartment.very quite.amenaties close by.
Only had a bit of trouble with the heating.

The apartment was fantastic, my only criticism is that the beds were too hard. A mattress topper would sort this out. Apart from that it's a fantastic place, loads of space and great facilities.

The space and the decor was incredible! Took my wife's breath away , honestly, the best place we've ever stayed in the UK.
You have to see it to believe, also a great location!
