Very good stay, picked the keys up from a few doors door, very nice bar staff, £300 cash deposit to be payed before keys

Comfortable beds & clean

Everything was great room clean, beds comfortable, modern bathroom Ruth was fab at responding and providing early checkin - thank u Would stay again

-limited kitchen facilities. -No toaster or microwave. Only kettle and fridge -Windows could do with replacing, you can hear everyone coming in from late night bars and traffic. -£300 cash deposit rather than card imprint Minor points but worth knowing, it's a great 8 bed place and great comms from Ruth :-)

Excellent, will be visiting again!

The property is an excellent location from the centre, and not too far to walk. The decor was lovely, and the beds were unbelievably comfy. The high ceiling and large windows made it feel very spacious. We had towels, and railings provided for us.

Fire alarms going off constantly

Fire alarm went off constantly while we were there. Host explained it was due to other apartments having showers. Host was extremely unhelpful when contacted by phone about this issue.

amazing girly weekend 💞

I loved the beds super comfy very spacious. I came here for my 21st was lovely! staff were very friendly. price was amazing! especially as it holds 8 people so you all split it. very good facilities. shower was perfect kitchen was nice.

the stairs were a lot of effort with all you bags and suitcases but overall not a lot I can fault the place on jade my 21st rememberable.

great!

love the beds and that we could all have a big sleepover in one room together. great location and easy to find. everyone was friendly. can’t wait to go back

nothing bad I could say about it. steps were a lot after a night out, and one mirror between 8 girls was a struggle but these are minor things.

Wouldn't bother

A roof over our heads for the night i guess.

On check in the girl made it very clear to me any damages would be taken from deposits ect, i said has the room been checked over before we arrive? "yes" when we arrived at the room there was rubbish still left in the bathroom cabinet (eyelash packet ect). Thought to ourselves ok, not major as we were just staying there as a base for our night anyway. When we arrived back at the apartment to go to sleep later that night, obviously we tried to shut the blinds to avoid being woken by daylight early hours or even for abit of privacy as its a very big window easily looked into from apartments across the road, THEN (after the rules about noise and partying being repeatedly mentioned to me at check in) the apartment above us were stomping around, shouting, clearly having a massive party till gone 5am in the morning. So the 7 of us didn't get any sleep til gone 6am bearing in mind we had been ib bed from 12am. When i reported to owners they said "oh yes the guests before you broke the blinds" but i was never made aware of this? Even though id asked at check in and was told everything was ok. We should have been made aware, as it was actually quite a big deal for privacy reasons and sleep. And for the noise we got "ill have a word" but didnt seem bothered tbh, we should have definitely received some money off our apartment for the blinds alone. A few of the girls complained about the bedding smelling sweaty /unwashed also, but id probably avoid staying here unless you dont like sleep or hygiene.

the location and the layout of the room with the beds all being together.

the stairs leading to the room are abit of a nuisance with cases and when your tipsy, but it wasnt a concern.

Lovely stay - really recommend it for a hen party weekend away! Very central to nightlife :)

Great location - so central to bars and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and loved the 'sleepover' style room - perfect for a hen do! Host was lovely - there was a fire alarm on our departure morning (from the apartment above!) but Tracey assured us that we could check out a little later if needed due to this and was so apologetic even though it didn't affect us really :)

Could have had a bigger bin or two bins! Another bathroom would have been amazing, but I appreciate that this might not be possible due to the building space!

Great Accommodation! Great Location. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location, Short walk from the station! Booked two apartments as came as a group for a night out in Liverpool. Loved that a group of us could stay in one room together. Good Communication from the owners, easy to get keys for apartments. WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING AGAIN. 😁

Only thing was just paying the deposit in cash. As we had two apartments we had to pay £300 deposit each apartment. But they made sure that it was secured and gave us back on checkout after an inspection. Would of been easier if you could pay a deposit on card. But on the other side you get the £300 back straight away and deposit back in your bank and goes straight into account again.

There is a £300 cash deposit required at check-in which isn’t clear when booking. They’re reasonable and give it back with no problems, but it would be better if they accepted card for this so you’re not stuck with cash.

within walking distance to everything. The concept of the giant bed is great for groups.

The doors do not lock. The main door to the apartment is broken and people can access it from the street without keys. The security staff in the attached bar made inappropriate comments to 18 year old girls telling them they would be up to visit them in the middle of the night. the floors were also filthy. Within the first 15 mins everyone had black feet from walking around the room.

Great that everyone is in 1 room.

Needs better lighting, more mirrors for girls getting ready and a later check out time. Shower was also a trickle and either boiling or cold.

Good, clean and did the job

Location was good. Like beds being all together as created a really great atmosphere. Room was a bit smaller that I thought though. Bedding really clean and fresh. In fact all was really clean Lady cleaner was really helpful and polite

Stairs really steep and difficult for older members to climb to 3rd floor. Sadly smoke alarms in both rooms went off at 9am for no reason. Needed to call the mobile on booking.com. We thought it was a wake up call to make us leave :-) haha. Cleaner arrived and turned them off and was also unaware why they had gone off. Didn't get any confirmation for cash deposit -just received keys. Would've preferred something to validate that I had left this in an envelope in the bar/reception
