About this cottage rental
Woodlands is a handsome, Grade II listed, three-storey Georgian house near a creek in the lovely Devon town of Dartmouth. The house sleeps 13 people in six bedrooms over two levels, five double and a twin with five bathrooms or shower rooms. On the top floor is a children's games/sitting room and on the ground floor are two sitting rooms and a dining room, all with wood burning stoves, and a kitchen. Outside is a terrace across the width of the house with outdoor furniture and barbecue and terraced lawn below, plus parking for four cars. With the shops, restaurants, galleries and pubs within walking distance, Woodlands is an excellent family house for a lively holiday in Devon.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots and highchairs available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (charge applies for 2nd dog), Sorry no smoking. Sorry no fireworks. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Nearest beaches for paddling and stone skimming, about a 15 minutes stroll to Castle or Sugary Coves towards the mouth of the Dart. Blackpool Sands about 4 miles away. Note: Check-in time 16:30, departure 0930.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
