Very close to Liverpool FC’s Anfield Stadium. Cosy and stayed warm throughout our stay. Very good is the cold weather we had.
Can sleep 6 people people comfortably as there is a room with 2 double beds and another room with a double and a single (3/4).
Unfortunately whoever had rented the property before us did not abide by the no smoking policy and the property had a very very strong odour of cigarettes in all the rooms so it wasn’t very nice to sleep or relax in. The issue was that no one had stayed in it the night before as I was able to check in early meaning that the property had been like that for at least 24 hours meaning it could have been aired or had some air fresheners put around the property.

I loved the location as my son was going to his first Liverpool game
4.5
The location is spot on
Some facilities need replacing.

-Nice TV
-It had 4 beds
-It was not too far from catching a bus.
-Basic appliances were adequate
-It had a musty smell
-There were many pans and pots but most were burnt inside except for 1 small to medium frying pan.
-The bathroom sink was the size of my hand spread open. It was extra small.

Nice house good value
It was all as it should be

The house was clean and the location was good
All the furniture were very old , the sofas smelled bad and the cushions were old and uncomfortable
And the worst thing was the bathroom, it was literally tiny with the smallest sink i have ever seen and it was downstairs so u have to go down the most uncomfortable stairs in the middle of the night to go to toilet
There were 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, only 1 mattress was good and the other 3 were very bad and uncomfortable , only 4 small pillows and only 2 donnas
Our experience wasn't grear but we didn't have the time , effort or money to leave.

We were given instructions well in advance on how to access the keys in the lockbox. We had some issues as my friend struggled to get into the lockbox but the hosts were super helpful and quick with responding and we were easily able to get in!
3.0
Proximity to the stadium and free parking
The mattresses were uncomfortable in all the beds.
4.5
Very neat and clean and extremely professional.
Had great time staying in the property. This property has all the things a holiday home should have.
A bit far from central or rail station.

It was big for a family there was only 2 of us plenty of room
Few minor problems but owners were ok when contacted about these stairs are very steep so wouldn't suit people with walking difficulties
5.0
Excellent location, clean and tidy. Towels and toiletries provided.
It was difficult to close the back door and open the front door on arrival however not a big issue.
4.5
The cleanliness of the house.
4.5
The house was very well equipped; just about everything you could want was provided. This made the stay much more like being at home: I couldn't recommend it more ( on the basis of basic facilities, kitchen, WiFi, amenities... )
It was generally clean and in ok condition: all in all a well-thought out b&b , would most definitely stay here again.
- the sofas need seat covers: for a place with such a high turnaround, the easiest way to ensure that the seats are clean would be to have covers. The dirt sure let's them down because they are comfy seats.

The location was excellent. I saw some reviews about the area being bad, but we had no issues. It seemed to be a normal, working class neighborhood of people going about their daily lives.
Everything that we didn’t like could be solved by one trip to ikea and maybe $250-$300.
1) Throw Blankets
-the only blankets in the house were our large duvets. A cheap throw for the living room would be very nice.
2) Cookware
-the frying pans were awful. I tried to make pancakes and I swear it was like the “non”stick surface was extra sticky. They somehow stuck to the pan even when floating in oil. I ended up buying a $3 one from the grocery store and leaving it there because the provided frying pans were so bad.
3) Paper towels/cleaning sprays
-no paper towels were provided and minimal toilet paper. It was hard to keep the kitchen clean when even basic cleaning supplies were not provided and only one dish rag.
4) More bath towels
-only one towel was provided per person (and there were two of us). I am a woman with very long hair, so having two towels for me is pretty important.
5) Broom
6) A mixer for the kitchen sink so dishes can be done more easily. Doing dishes in the little wash basin provided was not ideal
7) Mattress topper
-for the bed in the pink room. I could feel the springs.
8) instructions for how to empty the dehumidifier
9) electric Tea kettle
-one was provided, but the inside was horribly scaly and dirty… and we didn’t have anything to clean it with other than dish soup, which did nothing for the build up. We still used it, but maybe just use some CLR on the current one.
I’ve never left a bad review for a place before (and I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs in at least six countries), but I don’t mean this to really be a bad review. The place was mostly okay. The location was good and everything was clean except for the fridge that stunk (which I still don’t understand, we totally emptied it and I scrubbed it and the next morning it was just as bad as before). This place was just frustrating because our problems that we had with it felt so easily fixable.

Just the staircase is very steep.

The place was clean and tidy. The place is very comfortable for 8 people and the kitchen was very spacious. The sofa bed is easy to use and very comfortable. Good facilities and great host. Thank you!!

House had the facilities we needed …. Good Wi-Fi, heating, washing machine, iron & board, space, parking outside. Very good communication from host & key box gave us flex about arrival time. We accidentally broke the shoe rack & were not charged. Good value.
Kitchen & bathroom clean & functional, but would be a good investment to upgrade slightly.

excellent location, very clean & exactly what we needed.

My family and I stayed here for a little get away. Whilst the property is mainly meant for groups of people coming to attend football matches and perhaps for people travelling for work, the house was ideal for myself, my husband, pre schooler and 4 month old baby. The house was clean, warm and inviting. All the rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was always parking right outside too!
Nothing!

Did not like anything about the property
