Estadia perfeita

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NEVER COMING BACK AND TELLING EVERYONE I CAN TO EVER GO HERE

The architecture of the place is really nice.

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness standards were abysmal. No matter where we dined - be it room service, buffet, or a la carte restaurants - the food consistently arrived flavorless and cold. The staff, with the exception of Ingrid during check-in, were far from friendly. The pool area was a letdown as well. The music selection catered to only one taste, leaving little room for diversity. Additionally, our room was riddled with issues. Mold infested the patio, bathroom sink, and the shower was clogged. The pillows emitted a foul odor, suggesting they weren't adequately cleaned. Considering the purported luxury of this establishment, the limited TV experience was downright disappointing. Overall, my experience fell far short of expectations, and I would caution anyone considering a stay here.

Best stay in a beautiful garden and beaches.

Garden was the best, beautiful! Clean, cozy, calm, quiet. Room and balcony was perfect.

Sometimes main buffet was chaotic, the most of the time we couldn't found shrimps or sea food... no much varieties of fishes.

The property itself is gorgeous - huge territory, modern facilities, decent aquapark for kids, great choice of restaurants, excellent food variety and food quality, good a la carte restaurants, friendly staff and absolutely stunning main pool, probably the biggest I've ever seen. The room and the balcony are absolutely amazing. The Michael Jackson show was pretty cool too.

The property is huge so navigation may be an issue. Although the room is very spacious, be aware that there is no full door between the toilet and the room, i.e.no sound/odor proofing. Staff is mostly between pretty good and excellent for customers with no Spanish, but the Valley restaurant staff - do yourself a favor and skip it, tried two times, regretted both times because of the stuff. Also don't plan to spend too much time in the sea - it is a very narrow line between the seaweed and numerous boats, although the beach itself is very nice. And the last piece is what you'll start with - the check-in. Given that the hotel is huge, check-in takes ages, be prepared to spend at least an hour (maybe more) if you arrive at 3pm.

Not a 5 star, definitely. More like a cheap prison.

Difficult finding something positive about the place, other than the view from the balcony. I booked a Seaview room and they gave us a front facing room on the inner garden, which was better than a beach room as it wasn't as noisy.

Where to start? Bracelets: without them you're treated like a thief, cannot even enter the gate with your own car or join the beach from the - much necessary - restaurants next to the hotel. Doesn't matter if your are allergic or just don't want to have a "watch" suntan. Restaurants: most are poor, and the only one open at most times is an American fast food. Staff is very hostile, never smiling. The bathroom is very poorly maintained, the shower was flooded most of the times and half of the outlets were clogged for lack of cleaning. No privacy in the bathroom, as it only has a glass door and opened top, exactly as the slower, much like a see thru. Food was just about quantity, not quality. Could have had much less and higher quality, less waste.

El servicio en sentido general fue excelente , desde la entrada hasta la salida. recomendaría permitir servicio a la playa del snack bar. Es hotel grande muchas cosas distanciadas de otra… pero en general muy bien lugar para descansar y comer rico.

Las almohadas de las habitaciones pudieran ser un poco más confortables, así como la humedad en las mismas , tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación porque no aguantamos el Olor y la sensacion de humedad. ( mismo que fue aceptado y sin complicaciones fuimos cambiados a otra) Si pudieran mejorar algo sería el show de la noche, todo es igual… personas cantando y bailando… no es un show show real… para la calidad y precio del hotel el show debería estar a otro nivel mucho mayor. Las bebidas que sirven en el bar del show pudieran ser de mejor calidad.. aunque pides algo con mayor calidad y los chicos buscan la vuelta para complacer al cliente. Más sillas en esos espacios libres, muchas personas quejándose de que no tenían asiento. El entretenimiento dentro del hotel debe ser mayor… la música mucha americana , entiendo que debemos complacer gustos… pero estamos en el caribe , el hotel debe hacer sentir al cliente en el lugar en el que esta. Cada quien trae su bocina y pone lo que quiere no debe ser, si estamos en RD que lo sientan y una forma es la alegría de los animadores en áreas d e playa y piscina y la música nuestra.

Établissement exceptionnel et je pèse mes mots. Un des plus beaux hôtels que j’ai eu l’occasion de fréquenter. Les infrastructures sont vastes et magnifiques les buffets et les restaurants sont bons et variés. L’hôtel est d’une propreté incomparable. Les chambres sont confortables, fonctionnelles et le décorées avec un goût particulier. Le personnel est serviables et professionnel. Les services proposés sont surprenants : bars, restaurants, piscines, spa, coiffeur, salle de sport, bowling, jeux pour enfants, secret room…) La salle sport est flamant neuve.

Had a very nice stay during our honeymoon

The design of this hotel is so sophisticated. All of the restaurants were elegant and stylish. Food was amazing. Bed was very comfy, rooms are spacious. Beach is beautiful!

Séjour paisible dans un hôtel moderne bien équipé

La proximité avec plage, la variété du buffet et le choix parmi des divers restaurants et bars, la chambre, les infrastructures (piscines, jardins…) la gentillesse de certains membres du personnel.

Casino pas très fiable, certains employés sont nonchalants, qualité des cocktails.

Fue una experiencia casi perfecta, dure 5 días y no hubo desperdicio. Cositas que mejorar pero en verdad lo elogiaría mi

Los bares, restaurantes, el servicio de los empleados y el water park.

A la llegada uno de los del check-In quería hacerme la vida imposible con las reservaciones, el aire de la habitación no enfría mucho, sude en la noche, pero puede ser por las temperaturas tan altas, las piscinas estaban muy calientes, pueden implementar algo para eso porque quemaba el agua, casi no hay zafacon de basura, duraba mucho con la basura en las manos. La disco es básica y ponen pocos bartenders para la multitud de gente.

The food was horrible. We were paying roughly $700/night AUD, so it’s just not acceptable. We LOVED everything about the resort…but the fact that every restaurant has tasteless food means we won’t back.

Hotel mit Licht und Schatten...

Beeindruckende Anlage in Architektur und Ausstattung, üppig gestaltete Außenanlagen mit landestypischer Bepflanzung, mehrere tolle Poolanlagen, genügend Liegen am Pool und Strand (September 2023) Bequeme Betten, gute Zimmerausstattung, Zimmerservice sehr gut...., mit etwas Trinkgeld noch besser. Niveau 4-5 Sterne

Wir hatten uns sehr auf das abendliche Buffet gefreut, was es leider aber nur EINMAL (Samstag da Tagesgäste ) gab, da wohl zu wenig Gäste im Reisezeitraum gebucht hatten, was zwar aus unternehmerischen Gesichtspunkten nachvollziehbar ist, aber nicht für uns als Gast!! So waren wir täglich auf das Angebot der Restaurants angewiesen, welche sich aber in keinem der Fälle italienisch, asiatisch oder als Steakhaus bezeichnen dürfen. Minimale Auswahl an Hauptgerichten, in einfachster Qualität die nichts mit den Originalen zu tun haben. Die Enttäuschung anderer, zeitgleicher Gäste im Restaurant war deutlich spürbar. Wurde zumeist vom netten Personal weggelächelt. Mittags haben wir das tägliche kleine Buffet im offenen Restaurant Goldfish genutzt, was aber spätestens nach vier Tagen ermüdend eintönig wurde, immer das selbe Angebot.... . Vom Essenangebot leider nur 3 Sterne! Dann noch negativ: Late Check out von 12 Uhr mittags bis abends 18 Uhr, weil unser Flieger erst 22.25 Uhr ging nochmal über 200€ bezahlt! Man könnte zwar kostenlos die Koffer abstellen, aber dann mehrere Stunden bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen im Hotel ausharren und verschwitzt in den Flieger ? Unmögliche Abzocke!! Kann nur sagen...., tolle Immobilie in super Lage mit wenig Leistung drin!! Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

Everything. Beautiful space to spend the weekend with family and friends. The infinity pool is out of this world. Also, I couldn't count the number of swimming pools it seems there was a pool everywhere i looked 😅 The buffet breakfast at Atlantic was the best I've ever seen.
