Very quaint and lovely place to stay. Wonderful service from the owner as well.

Our stay at the Teahouse could not have been more lovely. Brenda went out of her way to make our weekend feel special and the B&B itself is incredibly cute, authentic and right in the center of town. We couldn't recommend it more! Perfect for a romantic weekend away. And the breakfast was exceptional. Little added touches like chocolates for your tea/coffee, fluffy towels, a glass of wine on arrival and beautifully kept rooms make it a 10/10 stay.
Everything was perfect.

Brenda was the perfect host to my friend Jack and I on our weekend trip to Rye - amazing communication, welcoming, helpful and the best overnight oats either of us ever had. Really comfy bed, great shower (power and temperature) - the Tea House is really just perfect in every way.
Everything was great!

Gorgeous property in the centre of Rye! Brenda was a lovely host! Brenda was super helpful :)
Our bed was comfy and we were stocked up with goodies which were very appreciated.
Gorgeous communal space too but we didn’t use it
Our room was slightly cramped by the bed due to it being in the loft but a great room none the less. It would have been much better value for money to have had breakfast included.

Great location and host and room was very cozy.
All good.

A small, medieval bnb that’s big on charm. It’s been restored keeping its history in mind. Comfortable bedrooms with character. Modern bathrooms.Super location. Liked the little touches like the complimentary Prosecco and chocolates!
At its price point, breakfast should have been included with the room. And at £20 per person, breakfast is outrageously priced. Also, rooms need more lighting. And bathrooms should have had a set of the toiletries in minis instead of an assortment of half used lotions and potions.

Brenda was such a wonderful host, so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Lovely room, ok shower, great linen, great extras, Prosecco, biscuits etc. period building, tastefully decorated. Good TV.
Only fairly busy centre street so early morning noise from pubs emptying bottles and refilling kegs. Street cleaners and vehicles. If you like quiet then stay cobbled streets or out of town. Great host, dog and amenities made up for it but v tired
.

Due to staff sickness, breakfast could not be provided but Brenda informed us that she would give us a refund for the cost of the breakfast in cash, which she did. There were plenty of good places to eat very close by.

What a very lovely stay. Our room was very comfy and well presented, clean, comfortable, a little bit of luxury. The shared lounge downstairs was full of character, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. And the hostess (Brenda?) could not have been more helpful and attentive, breakfast was of a high standard. Just a lovely place to stay in Rye.
Nothing really, totally enjoyed our stay. We did hear a bit of noise in the room next door but in fairness the young guy in there was quite loud!

We loved staying in a very old house dating back centuries with original wooden beams. The house has character, taste and comfort. We loved the décor of the bedroom. Brenda had added many small but much appreciated touches to make our stay enjoyable. The very large bed was extremely comfortable with just the right softness and luxurious linen. In the bathroom cabinet we found a treasure trove of toiletries. Brenda was welcoming and considerate. The location was excellent for exploring the town and finding restaurants.
A very minor point is that we would have liked a rubbish basket in the bedroom.
