The room was lovely. Massive bed . 10 min walk to the town. Graham and Dan the owners were really nice.
Nothing really. Couldn't complain about anything. You don't get breakfast but you know that when booking.

From the warmest of welcomes to the style and comfort of the house, everything was perfect. Graeme was on hand to help with anything we needed. We so loved Oban and our time. Can't wait to go back and recommend you do too.

Graham and Dan are just the best hosts ever, they provide us wonderful fresh fruit and we’re so helpful. I couldn’t believe they even took care of our travel needs when we were in a jam with getting a-taxi cab. I think both my wife and I would say it’s the best experience we’ve had in sometime. Thanks again you two are just awesome and amazing hosts
The fresh fruit and helpful hosts

Great Inn, and a fantastic location. 5 Stars! Graham was very friendly and accommodating. The only one minor thing that could be improved on is that the Wi-Fi signal is very weak.

Really nicely located on the waterfront, only a 5 minute walk into the centre. Fresh fruit always available, and excellent tea and coffee facilities in the room, including a fridge and microwave. Very friendly host, nothing was too much trouble.
The shower was huge, but was let down by the water pressure.

Fantastic in every way. Wonderfully restored building through the years by the family.
Just the right blend if luxury and privacy. Good to have a fridge etc to do own breakfast as don't want to get up early on hols.
Enjoyed hearing the story about the Highland Coo!
All good

A wonderful guesthouse, next to the coast of Oban. We've had the most beautiful view from our huge and elegant room.
The owners were very nice and helpful. Cool guys to talk to. We are coming back!

The management was extremely good. I arrived traumatised( rail strikes) and that ot worse when the car hire people refused to let me have a car because I was "too old".(despite having a current drivers licence and ip to date medical clearance) . Which meant I was pretty well a prisoner in the house. I had already had previous bookings sabotraged because of the railway strike. I was traumatised. The management were very kind. We had some interesting conversations. I feel that I must have been difficult. Because i was so stressed.
they did all they could!

great location and lovely hosts
would have liked breakfast and a sitting room / lounge area

No breakfast provided
The shower head in our bathroom was disastrously small with terrible water pressure. Please update the shower head in 17 to a larger, decent size.

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Dan. The decor everywhere is truly stunning. Our bedroom had the wow factor-it was very roomy too. We had an amazing sea view from our bedroom window. We were very reluctant to leave!!
Sorry we can't think of anything!

The view from our room was lovely and the hosts very accommodating.

Hosts had thought of absolutely everything. Everything was absolutely spotless. Facilities for as many teas coffees etc as you want plenty in room and was coffee bags not instant . Just outside room was a basket that you could help yourself from to supplement supply’s. Also in entrance hall was a huge basket of fruit to help yourself from.
Hosts were very friendly and on arrival they sent an text message so that if you needed anything you had a contact number. They were there if you needed them otherwise they gave you your privacy.
One or two pictures on walls would have made it a little more homely.

beautiful sea views from a very comfortable well appointed room. comfy sitting space - chairs and table - with a small fridge to hold a light breakfast. quiet and great place to chill on a colder rainy day
perfect location- close enough to walk to town center but far enough to feel totally separate.
